“I received a pair of wellington boots which had a different colour and image on them. Fruugo do not claim responsibility because they advertise 'slight cosmetic discrepancies' on the item. Upon requesting the pair that were shown in the purchase image they still said that they could not guarantee that I would be sent the pair that I wanted (even though they had them in stock). They said I was free to return the item at cost to myself. Completely unhelpful and misleading! I should have considered the poor reviews which I had read prior to purchase but I really wanted to buy this present for my nephew. DO NOT USE FRUUGO. Customer service and website extremely poor!”
