“I by experience think fruugo is a small knowledge company
My order has been late for months.
I try email them but no real contact information.
Many good reviews here must be fake.
I have friends who order here and always something goes wrong.

“If your reading this, notice how all the positive reviews have got usernames and all the negative ones have got none? If you were in the negative reviewes place, would you bother writing your name? The answer would in the most cases be no, their also using non-daily used words to make to make it seem more trustworthy, making up a story isn’t hard at all and also mentioning the negative reviews. All in all, it’s all a scam 👌”
“Never again. Was told my pet meds would be "dispatched" within 3 days. One week later still no notification they had been shipped. Followed up. Got a message from Mike - I'll go check in the warehouse and see if we have any. Further email from Mike - we have it and will ship on Monday (now Thursday). That's when I looked into Singpet - in Indonesia. Began to seriously wonder when it would arrive - in 2 months? Told Mike to cancel my order and refund my money. Next day got email meds had been shipped. Refused to cancel my order. Also told would arrive by July 1 - when I will be on holidays and one month after I ordered them. Never again. Be forewarned. Order from Canada.”
“They are scammers. The buyer sent a wrong item which was 150 euros that what I ordered. The return address provided by the seller and Fruugo were in different countries. I never received my money back although Fruugo several times wrote that they are issuing a refund. Now I am engaging a lawyer to get my back. Stay away from them!!!”

“SCAM COMPANY!!! As everyone before me wrote, I ordered 6 packs of tapioca pearls and opted for express shipping which cost 20% more than what the items were valued as I needed it ASAP. They sent fake tracking number, one guy replied he would look into it and then disappeared for days after. I got concerned and found this site. I am not alone. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! “Very bad expérience. They send me a wrong product because their website lead me to error. They refused to bear the freight even if they assume there is à problem with the website. Here their answer : Hello, thank you for your reply. Because the function of this website is not complete yet. The picture will not change according to the type of purchase. No matter which package you buy, the picture on your order will always be the first picture on the product link. This is a technical problem of this website, and we are also very helpless, so we have written numbers on the pictures to prevent customers from having such misunderstandings.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM FRUUGO! My very 1st order has been a disaster. They don't speak English and ignore you. My tracking number was incorrect and never existed or worked from the very start of the order. But they ignore this, no matter how many times you tell them. They even try to tell you that you supplied an incorrect address when it is 100% CORRRECT, just an excuse not to refund you - YOU WILL NEVER GET A REFUND from THESE SCAMMERS!”

“I returned a package unopened since i found it less than half elsewhere. I got my retun authorization no problem, shipped the product, product was received but it took over two months to get my refund and this after several contacts with Fruugo customer service who sent my request to seller who of course never replied. Finally, I opened a dispute with PayPal , they got me my refund. Never again, buyers beware!

“Be very careful, I ordered an item which was showing the supplier name as Cosmeticsmegastore. What actually happened was they ordered from Amazon and direct delivered. Cost on Amazon £57 I paid £109 to them. Seems any unscrupulous supplier can register with Fruugo .”
“Hope that you don’t have any issues with your deliveries because the post sale customer service is literally non existent. I’ve tried for more than a month to just contact someone who can help me track down my parcel with no luck. Also their website has links to their Facebook and Twitter profile but all the links are ‘broken’ so I question whether this is a scam company. Rather shop somewhere else...”
