After 3,5 months since the bed was ordered nothing happened. My daughter is still waiting for her bed to be fully delivered. On fruugo: you pay 100%, you receive 50% of the goods + 0% of customer care. Better stay away!”

“Order on Apr 2, 2021. Product never arrived. Past delivery date time frame. Send enquiry though website as there is no contact phone #. and got tracking # from seller. Tracking # is invalid. Called Canada Post and confirmed that the tracking is invalid. Send enquiry to ask for refund and Fruugo staff said if sender is unable to send the item then they will refund and closed my enquiry. Since the enquiry is close, I can no longer contact them though the web. My product is still not arrived and no way to contact them through their website as they closed my enquiry. This is not how a business should operate. This is fraud. I filed an anti fraud claim today and will escalate this matter.”
“The listing of the product promised a certain delivery date. After I ordered, the confirmation email had a different (later) delivery date, and the notification that the item was shipped had an even later delivery date.”

“Placed an order on March, the item was listed stocks available, but took 2 weeks and retailer still doesn't send out my parcel. Raised an enquiry, email was sent back and forth about this issue and retailer ended up saying there's no stock. “Scam. Ordered 17/3, have still not received today, 12/4. Expected delivery showing a further two weeks away, so six+ weeks total, if it comes at all. Tracking reveals item originated from China. Found same product on Chinese site selling for €8. I bought from fruugo for €26. Trying to get money back seems impossible. Contact with company convoluted and requires giving more of my personal information. Do not trust this company.”

I have now contact trading standards as I am being ignored. My brother is a social media manager for various company which have around 5 million followers about 3million sports related.
