I finally found an international phone number and all they could tell me was that the shipment had left Sweden and was in the US Postal Service hands! They could not tell me anything further! I feel this is indeed a RIP-OFF!! Shoddy business practices, if in fact it is a business at all! I don’t trust Sweden now either”

“Worst site I've ever been on in my entire life. Ordered an item 2-3 weeks ago and it hasn't arrived yet. 500 swedish kr did it cost, thats around 50 us dollars. Half my student income that we have in sweden... And the worst customer service in the histor. I have written 3 messages to them and is still waiting for answers. The first one I sent was about 8 days ago and it says that they should respond within 48 hours. In also, it says that the item was last registered in dubblin on March 9. What does it do in dubblin when I see clearly that it says that it was sent from sweden? It's probably the case that the delivery has lost it and fruugo can't stand for this, so they're going to ingnore me.”

“Avoid at all cost. Terrible customer service. We bought an item and received one in a complete different colour. We are based in the UK and paid for the item in Pound Sterling. However, when contacting Fruugo's customer service, and they told me to send the item back to the US at my now expense. I had to get PayPal involved who sorted the situation out for us.”

How can a Company like Fruugo UK keep being allowed to trade with so many nagative reviews, also from other sites. They should be struck off from trading. A bike they supplied was damaged and so badly made it was unfit for purpose. It is impossible to put it together. Been waiting several weeks for them to admit to it and pay the refund I've requested. I don't think they will? I'm being lead on a merry go round just going around in circles. That's even after sending them all the information for proof that they've asked for. Scammers!!!”
