“Horrible service! I ordered a product and after 1 hour emailed a request to cancel the order. I recieved an answer saying they may or may not be able to cancel. 8 hours later I recieved an email saying the product was sent. I guess 8 hours is not enough time for costumer service to pick up the phone and stop the retailer from sending the product. This is the answer I recieved from "costumer" service, needless to say Grace didn't get back to me and probably didn't try to stop the order.

“I ordered a very expensive hair dryer. It was wired for the UK and can not be used in the US. I obviously did not read all of the fine print, and it was a gift for Christmas so it was past the return time. The other bad part is that you can not use an adaptor from everything I have read. So I basically just threw my money away.
If you are selling in the US it seems like that should have been printed boldly and as a consumer not have to look for”

They send products from Europe and sometimes the products don’t arrive.
Customer service is very poor (based overseas) and they don’t even have a contact number (call centre)

“Horrible Customer Service . I would advise everyone to stay clear from Fruugo. I made an order on the 15/12/20. In the nect 7 days, no shipping or tracking info was provided at all. Even after an enquiry was sent, they still did not provide me with tracking details. At this point i decided to cancel my order and submitted my cancellation, of which they promptly replied(unlike my oprev enquiries) that the item has been processed and shipped and can no longer be cancelled. Coincidence much? Estimated delivery is 5/1/21 - 18/1/21. Its the 21/1/21 as i write this review and have yet to receive my item nor any shipping and tracking info at all. Please for your own sake, stay away from Fruugo, Their customer service is abysmal”
“I'm having unbelievable problems with an order which I've clearly and concisely explained and no one at Fruugo or the supplier is taking any notice.
I ordered two identical items. Only one item arrived, before Xmas, so I waited for the second item. After a couple of weeks I contacted the Fruugo and explained I had only received one. I've sent back the courier photo along with the size of the product to show it would be impossible to get 2 items in the one package and they just keep telling me its been delivered when I've shown it has. Totally unprofessional!!!!”

“Ordered slimline calendar on 20/11/20 received shipping order next day with estimated delivery date 27/11/20 to 10/12/20. Also showed X2 calendars. I put this down to my own error thinking I could gift the 2nd one to someone.
Nothing arrived by 23/12/20 I'don't allowed more time as there was postal delays. When enquired about order was told in reply Thetford it my package had been posted on 21/12/20 would take 8-12 working days but should be with me soon. Still nothing!
Have emailed again & completed customer satisfaction survey. No reply so far.
