I ordered my jacket in November and I got an email saying I will receive my order by January the 5th but I haven’t received anything yet or tracking number or any email. I am very disappointed 😡

Ordered November 2020, promised delivery before Christmas...purchase was originally $15.00, $89.97 was charged to my visa. I received email stating order had been shipped & I would receive an email with tracking info. We are January 12,2021... no email has been received, no contact number can be found & I still have not received my order! Do NOT recommend!!!!!

The order was promised for delivery by Jan 7 the latest. No response from Fruugo, which has no real way of contacting them on the site other than sending a message to the retailer (to which they do not respond ) - the whole thing looks like a scam. Search by delivery number returns "we are preparing your order" and has been doing that since I ordered the items in December. . I opened a Paypal dispute to cancel my payment.

Ordered goods on 3/12/20 which have never arrived. Many messages left on their 'Help' line, to no avail. Neither they or merchant have responded, and calling them by phone is a waste of time...no-one there, and referred back to the hopeless 'Help' line. I'm in an endless loop, and out of pocket. Absolutely hopeless. Should be ashamed of themselves.

I ordered a watch for my son that arrived not working. A replacement was sent, also not working. A final replacement was sent with a guarantee that it would be a working product...but it doesn’t work. We’ve taken the back off and batteries out of the watches and there is no obvious way to get them working. The company was great in dealing promptly with replacements, but to have faulty products sent three times is unbelievable! Sadly seems to be a company with little care about the quality of what they are supplying. Won’t be buying from Fruugo again.

I bought a hover board cart thing for my daughter when we went to put it together Christmas eve therd was no screws one unhappy child also plug kerps overheating I emailed them they said that it was bought in October so I can't do anything about it a waste of €219 euro child is afraid yo charge it

Horrible service. Not reliable.customer service is the worst. I bought an item, never arrived. I complained and they requested me a fill up with information with information that a buyer doesn’t have: parcel number, date of shipping,... I complained about the form, but no solution. Fruugo=scam

I buyed a pregnancy pillow in 12/3/2020 until now I didn't get. All buyers beware! Exercise extreme caution before purchasing from this company! I stupidly purchased a well known perfume brand from this site back in November, it was retailing at a similar price on a few websites as it was on sale, so no alarm bells rang. On receiving the item and opening the package instantly I knew it wasn't right. The packaging looked off, the cellophane was already open and when I took the perfume out of the box the bottle wasn't right nor were the contents. I already had a couple of bottles of the same fragrance from other reputable retailers and by comparison, the colour of the liquid in the bottle wasn't right at all! I then began the return process which was an absolute ball ache to say the least. To cut a long story short, after paying nearly £9 for Royal Mail special next day signed for delivery, it turned out Royal Mail couldn't find the return address!!! I have returned many items over the years as I do a lot of online shopping, even more so in the current climate and have never EVER encountered this issue before. I've looked on Google maps, tried to find the address online and it appears it doesn't exist! So I am now in a position whereby I have had to pay for what I believe to have been a counterfeit item I didn't want and don't have as no return address was included on the returned goods. Please take your hard earned cash elsewhere!!!!

I ordered a Weird Fish Gilet on the 15 November thinking that it was coming straight from the Weird Fish website. I must admit that I thought it rather strange when I was billed by Fruugo but thought no more of it. The Gilet was too large so I sent it back with their return label and a tracking number. They received it back on the 2nd December. Having not received a refund I contacted them via email on the 30th December and apart from the standard acknowledgment and standard ,'we will get back within 48 hours', not a single word has been heard. I shall keep trying and if no luck (which, after reading lots of bad reviews, I doubt I will hear from them) I will get in touch with Weird Fish. I really thought I was quite canny but have got caught out here.

I've ordered (#18208151) four BLACK buff for my family, but was incorrectly being sent four buffs with various skull & chain motives. I complained to their customer support, requesting the correct items to be sent, we only received a standard message to return the wrong items. This wasn't an option for us, because (1) the shipping fee would have been excessive, and (2) we required the buff immediately due to COVID regulations in the ski resort. Fruugo didn't even offer an apology. We were able to ski with them, but obviously, will have to buy new ones as we definitely don't intend to wear this ridiculous design.

I purchased paid for a Samsung S5 battery for my back in March 2020 and i still have not received it. I sent queries and they promise they told it is on the way to me and if i dont get the delivery within 3 months they refund me, It has now been 8 months and no goods, no refund and not a word from them. Obviously it means they are running a big SCAM. So, PLEASE THINK VERY HARD BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR MONEY TO THEM!

Would give zero stars if possible. This is a "middleman" operation and doesn't seem to care once they've got your money. Ordered a simple pan December 7th 2020; still waiting on Jan.2 2021. Tracking dated Dec 8 tells me it's in the Netherlands; nothing since then. ALSO: I had no idea this was indeed coming from Europe. If I had I wouldn't have bothered. Fruugo has lost another customer. Amazon delivered the same thing in 3 days. I've asked for a refund; let's see what happens.

I just received my Rolling pin after 20 days and was totally disappointed to note that it was not the reindeer design I ordered. After browsing the internet very negative reviews that I will never ever order anything again. Very deceptive.
