I haven't been provided with a tracking number and customer service just says my package is delayed in shipping. Fruugo appears to be a third party site and they definitely don't stand behind their customers. I definitely will never order from them again, I just hope I get my money back”

Fruugo.ie - Beware!!.
Fruugo.ie - I made an order for artificial plants on the 06th January. Two weeks later I received part of the order. I have been following up ever since on the whereabouts of the remainder of the order. Customer service is appalling, staff appear to be chasing their tales, haven't a clue.! I was advised that the order had been returned to Fruugo due to the incorrect delivery address, very strange especially since part of the order had indeed been delivered to the same address provided. Another reason was the the delivery was made but no one at home. This I found a very offensive reason, especially as we are in a level five lockdown here in Ireland, in addition my husband has underlying medical issues therefore everything is delivered including groceries, i.e. always someone at home. I have been advised I would not obtain a refund of €234.00 until the "goods" had been returned to Fruugo, albeit no one appears to know as to where these goods are. In comparison I made a purchase for household goods last Sunday 07th Feb with a company called Alli Express, not only were the goods delivered yesterday, but I received a follow up call today asking if I was happy with the goods, how that is customer service. If I dont hear anything further by next week I will be contacting a well know radio program in Ireland and advising listeners about this so called on line company and telling everyone to beware. My error was that didn't read reviews of this company prior to making the purchase, all appear to be in the same vein.”
“I placed an order for some "artificial" plants on the 06 January 2021. Two weeks later part of the order arrived, the items were paid through my PayPal Account. Since the arrival of teh part order, I have followed up with Fruugo ever since to try and determine where the remainder of my order is? Being sent back and forth like a ping pong ball. Only to be advised two days ago that my order was delivered to me but returned due to two reasons:-
1 - incorrect billing address, not correct especially since part of the order arrived as mentioned above.
2.- No one at home, unbelievable, we have been at level 5 lockdown here in Ireland since the beginning of January and because my husband as underlying health issues, we have not left our house. We have everything delivered including groceries. I am appalled at the lack of customer service and attention provided hitherto. To compound matters, I have been advised that I would not obtain a refund of €238.00 until the goods have arrived back to Fruugo, albeit the error was not mine. I made the purchase through the Fruugo.ie website, and quite honestly never again!! It appears the service team are chasing "tails" and providing generic responses as to why items were not delivered, without first checking out the facts.
In comparison, I purchased some household items last Sunday 07th Feb. on a website called AliExpress, the items in question I had actually seen on the Fruugo website, however I wasn't going to take a chance on purchasing with Fruugo. Not only did the goods arrive yesterday from AliExpress, I also received a follow up call from them asking if we were happy with the items purchased, that's what I call service.
I have communicated further with Fruugo regarding further information, "Silence" no further responses.”

7 days happen now till yet not any confirmation mail sms just keep sending mail saying in 7 days you will receive tracking number ... same mail again and again..

“I ordered a phone case on the 11th of December, 2020. Payment was successful but my phone case hasn't been delivered yet. I am still waiting. I am so disappointed. I sent an email to them and they keep sending back my email saying it's an error. Really really disappointed. A waste of money. Should be reported as scam. They are just mean.
