“Product ordered, money taken, nothing delivered. Customer service is non existent. Delivery time is, I’m told, in breach of UK consumer law. Having to check regarding Europe. I believe that if you take peoples money you have to have a system where you are easily contactable, this is not the case here.
I would suggest that there are other market platforms where the same products can be purchased without the hassle. I’ve seen other reviews, unfortunately belatedly, that say this firm is a scam etc. I don’t know if that’s true or if it’s inefficient or apathetic but it’s peoples hard earned that they’re messing with. I certainly will not be using again.”

Absolute Scam, Can't believe I fell for this site.
I am now out of pocket 90 bucks for buying an "official item" which was clearly some cheap knock off straight from aliexpress.
Which actually had the aliexpress supplier info on it haha fml
Customer service is more like a BS smoke and mirrors machine. They will not respond to me any more. Have reported to police and the netsafe nz please kiwis jump on and do the same. These types are preying on us.

“Ordered some sunglasses off fruugo.ca thinking it was a Canadian website. Agreed to the cost of the glasses plus shipping.
I received a notification that I was to pay another $41 in duty fees. Contact fruugo saying I would now be paying more than if I were to purchase in a store. Told it was too late and had to accept the order, too bad so sad.
Order came in a damaged box. Complained to the courier who said to contact the retailer. No word from fruugo at all.”

Totally the worst experience of ordering online..
I placed my order on 17APR21. They gave me a wrong track code, I realized this only yesterday because I made some calls in post offices!!
So I send a message for my order , they replied that OK sorry I had the wrong track code, they send me a new one , again it is wrong since I saw that package was delivered in May!!
I have sent 4 more emails and I am requesting a refund, but of course no-one answers. Also checked on other review sites that this is a usual tactic for fruugo.
So I would recommend to not use it!!
For sure we all can find more reliable sites to order.
