Delivery time was key to my purchase site selection.”

“I bought a balisong trainer 60 days ago for 60$, quite expensive in comparison of the 20$ balisong I bought on Amazon. I didn't mind because I wanted quality.
First of all, it was supposed to be shipped from switzerland, but was instead shipped from china. The package took 60 days to arrived. (I'm from canada).
Secondly, the balisong is made from some cheap alluminium, the tip of the blade is damaged (curved), the balisong doesn't close and doesn't flip well. Also, the painting is scratch, it arrives in a plastic bag with no tools to tighten or lose the screw. Just a really cheap balisong trainer that is maybe worth 5$ AT MOST.
Overall, I feel like I've been scamed. The balisong I've bought from Amazon is 10 times the quality of the one from Fruugo, from more than half the price. It was the first time I've bought something there, and CERTAINLY the last time.
If you don't want some cheap Wish like stuff, don't buy on Fruugo.”

However when trying to cancel an order with Fruugo my request was bounced around on their end before no one helped me. I then received an email saying my order had been shipped.”

1- delivery time has been changed twice for no obvious reason other than bad management;
2- customer help create, as if it were, a distance between retailers and customers;
3- no tracking of order
4- obscure return and cancelation terms

“DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY...They are based out of the UK, so if you purchase anything from them and the product purchased is incorrect, damaged or needs to be returned for any reason the return shipping is at the customers expense. I learned this first hand when the wrong shoes were shipped to me by Fruugo to my location in Ohio. The cost to return the shoes back to Fruugo was $147.00, twice the amount of the shoes.”
