“This company is actually a joke. I ordered my costume over a month ago to specially avoid getting my costume late. I bought my Halloween costume for over 50€ and they had told me I would get it between the end of September and first week of October. It did not come around the estimated date so I waiting til mid October. I emailed them as I saw my parcel was stuck in customs. I emailed customs and they said there is no parcel there. I emailed fruugo to ask where it was and they said it’s in my country on it way to my local post office and should be sent to me soon. I checked the Traxking number and it says in my country going to my local post office. I checked a few days later and it said it was then in holland. I emailed fruugo and they have had no answers to where my parcel is. I am demanding for a refund and they are avoiding my demand. I had no costume for Halloween. If your thinking of buying off fruugo don’t. This was the worst experience and I will take them to small claims court soon if they do nit give me my refund. My rating to them is -919347271819192992”
“My delivery from the UK took almost 1 month after being debited immediately. It was shipped to the incorrect address. My package was delivered to the Post Office who informed me that due to customs payment it could not be released. The Post Office does not do their own delivery. I was required to make alternative delivery arrangements using Post Net. I had to pay for that as well sothat my package eventually got to the correct delivery address. Even the company asked why my package took so long to come from the UK and they apologized for their delay in my package delivery. It was not their fault at all. It is the first time I am using Fruugo and now am very hesitant to use your service again. I have only used Takealot before. I viewed your site before making the decision to use it. Many reviews state that your organization is scam and only take your customers money and never respond to questions on delivery and refunds questions. I know everything on the internet is not always real. But your service overall is not good. There was no correspondence as to the status of my package. All your site showed that my package was shipped.”

“Do NOT order from this shady company. I repeat do NOT order from Fruugo. I even had a bad feeling just after I payed online for a watch, tried to cancel it immediately but it was not considered and shipped anyway. It says it gets shipped from Belgium but of course it was from probably underpaid shop in China because it took 6 weeks for me to get the merchandise from Belgium to Norway! The watch arrived in a box with no plastic wrapping and only supports 2G- network, we are almost on 5G in Norway! This was not at all informed on the sales-page. I complained and they told me to make a video explaining everything, after 2 weeks they agreed to let me return it, only if wrapping is not undone, how can we test the watch if we have not opened and tried the product!? It is not worth paying the shipping fees to give them back their useless merchandise so they can continue to trick somebody else. Fruugo should be closed down officially or internationally boicotted. Lets hope people read all these bad reviews before they purchase on their website.”

“Ordered a full length hooded man's dressing gown , fabric described as FLEECE .It arrived , the fabric is not FLEECE , but very thin polyester ( I wanted FLEECE , for warmth for my 80 Yr old husband ) the sewing on the sleeves arms is all puckered, and at the bottom of the gown .
Plus no tie belt , to close the gown .
To return to China for a refund , will cost more than the dressing gown ! , and they know it .
To be fair customer help has replied to my complaint ,saying the will forward my photos to the seller, but I very much dought it will go any further, according to ALL these negative reviews .Don't buy from them , they are scammers”

“No product, no help from fruugo resolving with the supplier who is in China other than to reiterate my emails to the supplier. With no product and compensation of £8 for the 50$ item offered as long as I send them my bank details?!?! Fruugo clearly just waiting for me to give up and go away. Unfortunately I have no other choice.
