“DO NOT buy from them!!! They are scammers and thieves! I ordered three bottles of b12 capsules. My order was THREE MONTHS late, I only received ONE bottle out of the three that I paid for and I was also charged a customs fee of EUR 56 at the collection point in Greece, something that I was not made aware of when placing my order. Their customer service is horrible too; there are no contact details so that you cannot call them. ΜΗΝ ΑΓΟΡΑΣΕΤΕ ΑΠΟ ΑΥΤΗ ΤΗΝ ΕΤΑΙΡΕΊΑ, ΕΙΒΑΙ ΑΠΑΤΕΩΝΕΣ ΚΑΙ ΚΛΕΦΤΕΣ! Αγορασα τρια μπουκαλια συμπληρωμα Β12 σε καψουλες. Η παραγγελια μου εκανε να φτασει ΤΡΕΙΣ ΟΛΟΚΛΗΡΟΥΣ ΜΗΝΕΣ, και ελαβα ΜΟΝΟ ΕΝΑ απο τα τρια μπουκαλια τα οποια ειχα πληρωσει. Επιπλεον, μας χρεωσαν 56 ευρω φορο εκτελωνισμου στα ελτα, κατι το οποιο δε μας ειπαν οτι θα γινοταν οταν καναμε την παραγγελια. Η εξυπηρετηση πελατων ειναι απαισια επισης. They then said it was signed for, I asked to view a picture of the signature because I wasnt the one to sign for it. I told them I'd notified there staff I was moving and there reply was if it's not there before you move we will refund it. Now they will not reply to my message. It was my son's Birthday present and he was sad it never showed”

“Atrocious. Weeks on from ordering they have lost my item. Communication with both them and their shady retailer is absolutely horrendous. Was promised a refund and now Fruugo and the merchant are simply both ignoring my messages. I'll be exercising my rights with my bank to recover the money!!”
“Worst experience ever! The order can come from anywhere (Asia, US etc) but you don't know. Beyond the poor quality of some articles, the retailer origin is important. Indeed, you have to pay to send them back and even worst, you pay the return but the retailer refuse it. Do you think you will send it twice to US when you are in Europe. A scam”
“On 23 August 2021 I bought and paid EUR 31,90 for 2 Curtain Ties on Fruugo, which I still have not received until today, on 23 November 2021, i.e. THREE months later! I have contacted Fruugo asking for them to track the parcel or give me a refund. They have only come back asking me to wait another 10 to 20 days and contact them again.
I am sick and tired of these delay tactics and have demanded my money back immediately!

“Ordered a t shirt from Fruugo. Was checking regularly and tracking the item. My last tracking suddenly showed that item was delivered on the 8th of November...which is surprising as my check around the same time showed that item was in customs. Currently it shows delivered on 08 November and attempted delivery on 09th November ??? Honestly feel cheated outright especially after paying close to RM 112.00 just for shipping. No notification at all from delivery partner todate.”
