“I ordered a soft toy for my Granddaughters Christmas present , It took quite a long time to come and I couldn't get much sense out of the company as to where it was . Eventually I received a parcel , I imagine it was from Fruugo , There was no receipt or paperwork whatsoever with it , They sent me a Fortnight rucksack by mistake. Obviously my Granddaughter will be very disappointed this Christmas.”

“This Fruugo company does not deserve 1 star as far as I’m concerned. I had to rate a star to write a review. I recently ordered a water bottle(cost me $55.00 CA) a couple of months ago and to this day still has not received my package. I have consulted Fruggo so many times on this matter and all they do is pass the message(s) on to the retailer to deal with. What a nightmare! The retailer keeps replying stating, check your tracking number. I keep replying to the retailer stating that the tracking number says ‘delivered’ but still have not received my package. I asked for a refund many times and all I get is the run around. Fruugo doesn’t seem to have a phone number for customer services so I cannot even talk to a representative there! I absolutely will NOT order from this site again. Customer service is deplorable. One frustrated customer!!!!”

“Poor quality whiskey glasses one of which arrived broken due to substandard packaging. Website said handmade but you can see the seam where glass was machine made! I usually place my orders to Amazon.ae/ Amazon.com. that is where I have a chance to talk to somebody and follow up on my orders when things go wrong.
After I placed my order on the 13th of November, I realized there is no estimation on delivery and I got to wait for them to respond back.
After 6 days of placing an order, I just received an email about the estimated delivery time as the end of November which is never happened.
I tried to approach them with no result, there is no contact detail, I just receive auto replis with some topical responses
