“The company is a joke. I have had a very bad experience with Fruugo. I ordered something from there website in August 2020 and up to now its still not yet delivered. At one time I asked for refund but it proved to be a waste of time. trade carefully if you dealing with these guys, they have no sense of professionalism at all… if there was an option of giving less than one star, i was going to give BIG ZERO star for lacking seriousness and taking customers for granted.”

“I ordered something on November 20 2021, received email to say being despatched from Sweden on December 2 and should arrive by December 15, as of January 9 nothing, sent email to them December 20, they advised as I didn't choose express post it could take a while and that was it.
Don't ever buy from a company based in Sweden to go to NZ, there is no phone numbers just emails, meaning if they don't reply you can't do much

“Ordered a glass display dome for an Antique doll at beginning of December from what I thought was a NZ company and thinking the measurements were in centimetres but when it arrived it was very small. It had been in inches on the website. Tried to return but the address given in China was 66!! letters long and NZ post would not accept it. After emailing they said not to return and that a refund had been paid to my account. Nothing as yet. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from them. How can they get away with this all over the world by the look of the reviews.”
“The order we placed long before Christmas arrived in time but the clock we ordered doesn’t work and it shows that it’s been too long now to return it. That’s a week after Christmas. Our family just opened it and it doesn’t work and now we have a gift that’s going in the trash. Horrible experience and I will never order from this company again. 1. Noticed after purchasing; all from cheap China factories, just false advertise Australia.
2. Gave a tracking number that was coming up “unknown or incorrect” for 2 weeks asked them for the correct one and they just resent the exact same one….
3. Delivery was guaranteed by the 23rd 2 weeks ago and still not here & they have the nerve to offer a 20% refund!!!
