“I think the reviews on this site wouldn’t be so negative if they were more accurate on their shipping times. I placed my order on Nov 5 and initially it said my package was to be delivered Dec 2. The shipping details were minimal but it did arrive. Just late, on Dec 17. Had I known it would have taken so long I just would have ordered earlier or not at all. The product that did arrive looked great. I just would have appreciated it on time.”

“Do NOT order from this company. I ordered a pair of Fly Boots. I am very familiar with the product as I have some of the boots and wanted to replace a pair that is wearing out. I wear size UK 37. When I clicked on the UK 37 it converted it to a size 5 (no idea what this meant but I double checked to make sure I had chosen UK 37). The boots arrived in a UK 38 which was not the size I ordered. When I checked with Customer Service they said that I could return or exchange at my cost as I had ordered the UK 38 (which I had not). I again double checked the website to make sure I wasn't crazy and the UK 37 cross referenced to a 5. I sent another message as you must also return the product with a box and product that is in perfect condition. The boots were untouched but the box had been crushed during shipping. They refused to pay the return shipping and have now changed their website sizing-if there was no issue with the sizing no changes would have been required on their website (sizing now reads UK 4, 5, 6 ,7 etc). It would have cost me $180 Canadian to return the product for exchange-more than the value of the boots and this was NOT my error!!! Extremely POOR customer service!!!!”

“It seemed to be a normal webshop, but turns out this must be some usual chinese shop. When I placed my order, the page shown item will be sent in 5 days - I thought it will be a 1-2 day delivery from my local country. Now on the 4th date from my order I got a mail stating delivery is from China and I can expect it in 7 - 20 days. I wouldn't have orderd, if I knew the long delivery time. Also the item's price is extremely high here, I only orderd here because I believed the short delivery time.”

“I have never wrote a review in my life, because I have never had such bad service, waited over a month for what I ordered and then just got an email saying it had been returned because of failed attempts to deliver.. Which is a massive lie as I have been working from home since April, I have never ordered a thing where you didn't receive a tracker number, which was a red flag straight away, my experience was very disappointing, almost happy I didn't receive as products don't seem to be good either, but I did receive my money back.. Which compared to other is can't complain..
But I wouldn't recommend save yourself the hassle and go with a company where you can locate your package 👌”
“I ordered a blood pressure arm band replacement not knowing this was being sent from the UK. They sent it to Alberta not Ontario and because we couldn't wait any longer for the item to arrive we had to buy a whole new BP monitor. I went to return the item (I had to pay for shipping to the UK) and it cost $20 more than the item is worth. Had I known ahead of time it was coming from the UK I would never have ordered it. Unbelievable.”
