I had worst experience with their seller integration setup team. No help nothing happened and it's taking more than a month so i have decided to quit.

I purchased a water bottle in August via Fruggo with Slowmoose. I still have not received my product despite my card having been charged for this item. All customer service I have received has been extremely unhelpful and despite the fact it is now November 4th and I have sent many emails, they refuse to give me a refund telling me it’s my problem to track down the lost parcel. I am extremely unhappy with the service and the fact that I’ve had to waste much time chasing this up, to no avail. I would not recommend purchasing from Fruggo or Slowmoose. My daughter has now lost her birthday money which she used in August to buy a product that was never received.

Fruugo has terrible customer service. By mistake I hit confirm order before it registered that shipping was a whopping $28 for a very average priced shoe. I attempted immediately to cancel the order, responding to the order confirmation and sending another email to the customer service team. Conveniently they did not respond for nearly 48hrs until AFTER my order shipped and claimed there was nothing at that point they could do. They told me the shoes are “cheap” the shipping shouldn’t matter. WTF. For real? Don’t shop here. Returns are also virtually impossible. My box is damaged and there is a scuff on one shoe. They make it difficult and expensive enough that you may as well just keep the purchase you shouldn’t have made through them in the first place. Also in writing this review I’m not sure how the response times can jump from 6-12 hours to more than a week. There are about 6 days difference in that.

Just to let everyone know never to order from fruugo.ie cause they have no morals, policies or regulations to make sure your in safe hands. All they do is give a platform from bad merchants (scanmers) to use there platform hence to steal your hard earned money. I order a electric scooter for my daughter from fruugo.ie threw a merchant called stuff enough (all so never use) I was told it would be here by leastest 23rd Oct 2020. When this pass I contacted fruugo to ask where my delivery was. I was told to wait another 18 days and sent tracker number which was in vaild. I rang ups to see were my delivery was as fruugo told me this was the carrier. UPS were very helpful but told me that tracker number dose not exist. Fruugo also told me the item was shipped from Belgium which was a lie too cause all of sudden they were telling me its was in China somehow. After some communication with them they stop communicating with me. The reason for this is cause they could not explain were my delivery was or to explain why tracker number was invalid. Then I decide to contact stuff enough to see if I can get answer there. This was also a dead end as I got no response at all. So please never order anything from this platform. Total scanmers. After trust pilot getting in touch with fruugo they have replied back to me. Before I go into that I just wanna thank trust pilot. Now after the above they are saying its on a train but how do they know this with no tracking. They sent the same tracking number again still not working. They just can't admit they have scammers working on there site. I asked show me proof of it being on train. They couldn't. If fruugo just did the right thing and put consumers first not profit there be no problems. Please i can't state this enough do not go near fruugo at all and llease see other reviews on review platforms it's an eye opener. I wish I had done this before being scammed by fruugo and there so called traders stuff enough. I also show them proof of all European consumers rights that you have the right to cancel but just ignore.

Appalling service. Fruugo does not respond or help with order issues: there is no contact by email, live chat or telephone. My order was not shipped by the retailer (twice) and after more than two weeks, I cancelled the order but am still awaiting a refund. This is one of the worst online sales channels I have tried and judging by the volume of dissatisfied customers I seriously doubt whether the merchant metrics offered by Review.io are accurate.

This company is a joke... No morals, policies or regulations in place. Please no one order from this company. It supplies a platform for unreliable merchants to scam you out of money. I had 500 euro scammed. Bought electric scooter for my daughter told it would be here from 12th too 23rd Oct and shipped from belguim but some how it showed up in china threw stuff enough which is merchant (STAY AWAY FROM THESE TO GANGSTERS). After these dates passed I contacted fruugo to see where my delivery was. They contact me back to stay it's onway and it will take another 18 days and sent tracking number to track item threw ups. So I contact Ups which were very helpful but explained to me there is no such tracking number they even tried find item threw address with no joy. So please stay away from these companies really bad. All they will do is steal your hard earned money.

I ordered 2 tempered glass screens for my phone from i-Tronixs through Fruugo. They arrived broken as poor packaging.It cost me more money sending them back but decided to do it for the principal. Too much time wasted going back and forth wondering where my refund was. I gave up in the end as the customer service was frustratingly brutal and they really had no desire to follow up. I also ordered a phone armband sport cover and the quality was terrible. Avoid them as clearly they are scam artists judging from all the reviews. NOTE:- I NEVER GOT A REFUND!

Took a while, shipped from UK w/o tracking as I recall, once in USPS there was tracking. Product 17 oz liquid came well protected and undamaged. For price (best after searching for an hour or so online and after Ebay vendor cancelled first order), ought to have ordered two (discounted).

Si eu am comandat si sunt foarte supărat ce am citi aici nu va stricați si voi bani mai bine cumparat mai scump decat de pe fruugo ei zic ca intr-o zi vine si stau de 4 zile mai astept si sper ca totusi sa vina dar nu stiu ce sa zic

They are a scammer. Beware! Order on August 27. their trucking code never worked. But on their website, the product status was shipped. when contacting them on October 1st. they just said the tracking number isn't working. It is not possible. They ask me to wait till October 10 because the product should arrive by then. Else they will refund. Today we are the end of October, I never see the product and never seen the refund. Then I google about then and found this website with many reviews of them as scammer... I contact my credit card and Paypal to flag them as a scammer and will work with my financial institution to get a refund.

This is a scam ordered a vase still not here tracking no and everything else doesn’t get in contact with them.I will be going to get refunded off bank they will investigate them.

3 days delivery was the commitment at the time of purchase. One day later, they announce that it will take up to 21 days.... First and last time I will buy from this obvious SCAM....

I ordered contact lenses like 2 months ago they have still not arrived and they wont reply to my emails or phone calls. I have a feeling its a scam.

NO PRODUCT NO REFUND! Ordered a product from Fruugo during the inital lockdown period. Waited for TWO MONTHS and still did not received the product. Requested a refund and too this day THEY HAVE STILL NOT REFUNDED ME. Please do not order from FRUUGO!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Placed an order. Received conformation that it will be dispatched in 6 days. The order placed by mistake and ask to cancel it within couple minutes - in 10 hours received response that it is not possible due to it has been dispatched and I should returned it after item arrive. The documentation show that it was dispatched 4 days later with return checklist that it is not possible to complete due to missing label that I supposed to cut and attach to the parcel. No return address. Company does not care about customers only about profit why it has very low less than 50% rating/feedback/review!

This is a gambling website. Ordered my item in April/May, waited for a month before sending a ticket as my parcel did not arrive and now it’s october and it was said that my parcel is lost. You’re basically paying a certain amount of money to take your chances whether you’ll get your item or not.
