Barcode postcard received, which indicates item delivered, Post-Office has no recorded weight against the item, and no customer import declaration against it which is mandatory against items exceeding £15.00 in value, item was £32.00
No customer support whatsoever, an absolute disgrace of a company with fraudulent intentions and doesn’t act with good honest intentions.
Do not under any circumstances use this company, shop elsewhere.
No recourse with PayPal as the item indicates delivery through the barcode postcard.”

“I got really worried when I read some of these reviews a few days ago. On the 20th of August i ordered myself a pair of work-boots. Out of curiosity I decided to read the reviews for this site. My heart dropped, and I wrote an email to costumer support. They responded within 48 hours and assured me my order would arrive 7-10 days after dispatch, which it did. I’m happy with the product, and the only reason I wont give them 5 stars is because I had trouble with the tracking number.”

I ordered a pair of shoes. A delivery time of a few days was stated when I ordered.
When I received the acknowledgement of purchase I was shocked to see that the "dispatch" date would be more than 2 weeks hence.
This is dishonest and sharp practice.
They notified dispatch on the day after the promised dispatch date with the further bombshell that delivery would be take a further 10 days.
The help-line and tracking-facility of fruugo.ie have been impossible to access.
These people are dishonest. I am now going to ask my credit card company to refund my money.”
