I purchased some electronic products from Fruugo for US use (should have obvious as they shipped these to my US address) yet they never indicated the need for adapters to UK electronic outlets. No sympathy from Fruugo for this bait and switch. Fruugo refuses to stand behind its products and will not pay for shipping on a returned item. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THESE CUSTOMER-HATERS AGAIN. “They show you a package of a good deal of shampoo. Two bottles of 482 ml. I have received one bottle of 506 ml. When I complain and send them a picture of the package I received, I was answered that the weight of the package is 1,16 kg and that it was the weight for two bottles. I went to return the package and the post office weight was 0,635 kg. I used the original package they sent. I hope to get my money back. They are calling me a liar and they are the ones who are cheating people! Never again will I go to Fruugo!”

What is really annoying is that I purchased this item from Fruugo South Africa, under the impression that the goods are from South Africa for delivery in South Africa. Then I realised it came from the UK. we have no means of contacting them, because they work remotely. We have no way of finding out where the item is and how long it will still take. “I asked for an aftershave which they have to send me from the US.
I did not realize at the time (nor did they notify me) of the restrictions that the US government has on international air shipments of products containing alcohol. And therefore it is almost 100% certain that I will never receive it.
I requested the cancellation of the order and refund of its amount. They tell me they can't do it because the order has already been shipped.
They give me a tracking number that does not exist.
I ask for the correct number and they don't even answer me. I contact them through PayPal and they don't answer me.
Today they finally answered me but they still do not give me the correct tracking number. I have asked them who is the carrier that is going to bring me the order to get in touch with them. I am waiting for an answer.
CONCLUSION: I will not buy anything in this store again because I feel scammed and I advise you not to do it either to avoid disappointment according to my experience.”
