“Gala bingo, I have been a customer for years. Never have I won even 100eu from this people. Their system is completely rigged. I don't know where I have pressed I realize that they call people slave slots....I have screenshot of it. I'm planning to sue this wicked people”

“What went wrong it says on this site 🤣 wish someone would tell me ! Randomly got blocked and when I asked for what reason abs no one could gave one ! Told to wait 24 hours and then come back, to then be told wait another 24 hours and it should be unblocked to then be told no staying blocked what the actual 🤔🤣 drove me nuts going round in circles for unknown reasons so delated waste of time always same winners day in day out anyway”

“I made a comment about two players who were winning every game on the live games plus the spin the wheel competition. Boban and Seashells who are obviously part of Gala bingo staff or auto generated. Gala then cut all my free spins and rewards and told me there was an irregular pattern in my gambling. Open your mouth and they try to shut you up . They make £100s of thousands a day from people and think they are smart.”

“I couldn't remember why I avoided this site so thought I'd have a go....& omg my memory was soon jolted!!!!! What an awful site this is!!!!! I don't think I have EVER seen so many dead spins!!! Safe to say I'll keep to avoiding ....& I most definitely will not be recommending!!!!!!!”

“I can't believe that from playing in local bingo clubs until no longer exist I play online thought the site was great played for years until recently my yahoo account was blocked had 50 pounds nhs winnings not a lot spent much more as per but treated with disrespect for a simple 50 pound winning been years with them risk assessment team brought in I'm old was going to let it go but choose not to now have mailed gambling commission and resolver as a matter of point spent 4 days for 50 pounds winnings never will such a thing happen again I want an apology and at least have told my friends who play don't go there”

“This and your sister bingo foxy is a big con ! Banned me for promotions etc on foxy for too much activity! When this happens you’re banned from promotions, rewards cash back on gala online bingo ! Got banned from the cash back etc on the Thursday so I wasn’t paid the cash back on the Friday . Closed both the accounts and good riddance !!”
