“so far I have had no problems, but as there are family things to be sorted I will have to make a basic will for now. So it is great that the ability to readily alter my will is available.”

“This took me too long to complete, partly my issue with using firefox which this program doesn't like. The live chat was very helptul in sorting this issue out, so I did have to use a different browser to complete and it sure gives you food for thought, as these are questions that are not faced usually until we have to face it, but as I always say, we all need to do this!!!! we don't, cause it is in the too hard basket”

“Generally easy to use, however not easy to edit many of the sections, so I ended up with 3 completed versions in about 6 hours and my executors wondered why they were getting multiple emails. I appreciate the service”

“Great and easy free service. I have never bothered doing a will until I found this service/site and having the ability to quickly and easily update it along the way is also great. The part where it asks you to leave something to to charity is actual pretty good and easy to get past if you don't want to but they show you lots of different charity's to choose from.”
