“I appreciate the free basic will template and that it is relatively easy to use. A bit more flexibility in it would be great but given it is free, that might be too much to ask. The only significant problem I've had is that it sends emails about the will to people who you list in the process. Often, they don't see it as it goes to their Spam folder, but sometimes they receive it and panic because they think it means the author is going to die in the short term. I've had people contact me under those circumstances and they've been distressed or confused by the email. It would be better if the system gave you discretion to allow this or not, and if it gave you time to send an explanatory email to recipients before they receive the system email. The system could do with a larger list of charities, but it is easy to add them by getting the ABN from their website.”

“Fairly easy to complete and simple process to follow. I am still not sure if its the right way to go. A little concerned about the data ending up in the web. will decide after a self review.”

“Friendly, easy to follow. I couldn't see how to do what I wanted, though, which was to leave everything to my partner UNLESS she predeceases me in which case I want to distribute my assets to daughters and two charities (because she will write an identical will. Also, the final will says "3. Not Used" and "4. Not Used" - an explanation of those would be reassuring. so basically, good, with a couple of hiccups. Stephen”

“Easy to use for your basic will, and looks ok once printed. I've used other will websites in the past that charge for the exact same format but here you can gift after your passing instead of paying now.”
