“User friendly and covered the basics. Would be good if it could also include a text box note section for any additional requests or clarifications or notes/instructions to loved ones that were not covered in the pre exisiting question boxes.”

“I cannot understand how Salvation Army contacted me via my mobile to thank me regards to a donation that I am leaving for them in my will. I have not signed my will. I don't think that my will should have been accessed by anyone, without my consent. I was shocked to receive that call. Now I keep getting emails regards for me to donate.. Not happy... Cheers Janet”

“Very easy and straightforward, and makes you aware of the issues that need to be considered. It's not a criticism, but this awareness has now made me reluctant to finalise the process as I'm not sure I can clearly think through all the issues without some further thought and guidance. “Very easy process. I did not appreciate being contacted by one of the organisations I had named as a beneficiary. It felt invasive and preemptive! Please stop this from happening! Otherwise I am recommending this service to friends and family. Thank you.”

“The paid wills are hideously expensive. The free will is super easy but doesn't include enough contact details for the executor and beneficaries. It should at least say how they are related to you and their mobile number.”
