“Had a problem changing/editing-cash bequests... it had a tick in the top right hand box but no edit button. Otherwise - found it okay to navigate. Was good having the meanings on the left.. easy to read/understand.”

“This took me too long to complete, partly my issue with using firefox which this program doesn't like. The live chat was very helptul in sorting this issue out, so I did have to use a different browser to complete and it sure gives you food for thought, as these are questions that are not faced usually until we have to face it, but as I always say, we all need to do this!!!! we don't, cause it is in the too hard basket”

“Generally easy to use, however not easy to edit many of the sections, so I ended up with 3 completed versions in about 6 hours and my executors wondered why they were getting multiple emails. I appreciate the service”
