“Very simple process and very quick. Would be good to have an extra section or two to write more specific instructions (especially around state division) or joint wills for married/ defacto people? Overall a positive experience.”

“Had a problem changing/editing-cash bequests... it had a tick in the top right hand box but no edit button. Otherwise - found it okay to navigate. Was good having the meanings on the left.. easy to read/understand.”

“so far I have had no problems, but as there are family things to be sorted I will have to make a basic will for now. So it is great that the ability to readily alter my will is available.”

“Great platform, easy to use and a transparent revenue model. It’s free because it’s supported by charity partners that are suggested as optional beneficiaries in your will. One improvement could be an e-signature integration. I used OpenSign.”

“This took me too long to complete, partly my issue with using firefox which this program doesn't like. The live chat was very helptul in sorting this issue out, so I did have to use a different browser to complete and it sure gives you food for thought, as these are questions that are not faced usually until we have to face it, but as I always say, we all need to do this!!!! we don't, cause it is in the too hard basket”

“Excellent, easy to follow directions. The only thing that wasn't clear was how does my will become a legal document - when I and my two witnesses have signed it?”

“Generally easy to use, however not easy to edit many of the sections, so I ended up with 3 completed versions in about 6 hours and my executors wondered why they were getting multiple emails. I appreciate the service”
