“I am very sorry for the claim I made the first one in 30, years for a accident. The person we spoke could not of been more helpful everything went so smoothly therefor I did not need a courtesy car I only had to wait four days. Thank you very much. Yours Sincerely J. Pickford.”

“I have saved 50% on my last insurer with this company. I also now have their home insurance again with big savings and will be changing to cover my breakdown service as yet again saving so much money. Easy to alter things on line when changed my vehicle with still exceptional value for money ,just small payment made by card to cover small increase in cover for new vehicle.”

“Good customer service from the call centre and it's easy to locate and print your documents online. Luckily I haven't had to make a claim so can't comment on the most important part of car insurance.”

“One of the best insurance companies I have used. I didn't renew for the sake of a few £ a month.. My policy has 1hr left and I'm already thinking that I should probably have paid the extra few pounds to stay with them. The website is one of the simplest I have used. Hopefully I will come back again soon.”
