Do not use AXA!!!!! I have emailed serval times to get my delayed baggage claim sorted out. I made the claim over a month ago and keep receiving an automated message saying they are too busy to assist me. I do not understand why I purchased insurance with them if they do not help when I need to make an insurance claim. I can not reach anyone by phone, EVER! However, it was super easy to get a hold of someone when I wanted to purchase the plan. I am so disappointed in this company. I did research before purchasing travel insurance, and they had good reviews. I guess you can not trust corporations to do their jobs anymore.

One star isn't even worth i was involved in a car accident not my fault and my car was a total loss they received the payment from Co part and still after three weeks not paid it to my finance company despite phoning then twice you have to sit on the phone for hours to get through they haven't even made contact with the other driver so had to pay my excess and accident was nearly two months ago I do not recommend this company as I have done the work from them thier customer service are rude and don't care that this is causing added stress when the accident wasn't my fault avoid at all cost if you don't want to spend days on the phone and nothing happens despite me sending very detailed emails to them

really bad service 1 year my vans been off the road , with no appropriate replacement , as promised. 2 garages have attempted to fix it , neither is regulated. SO beware I had my policy cancelled, in error. I have dealt with some rude complaint agents , who hung up the phone. Despite having 2 complaints upheld , i have been forced to go to the ombudsman. Avoid at all costs

Don't bother with this insurance company. I have been waiting over nine months for my car to be repaired. Trying to get through to them is a nightmare they keep you on hold for over a hour then when you get to speak to someone they tell you one thing then pass you on to another department and you still don't get the problem sorted. I would have given them no stars the whole company is a joke don't waste your money or time on them.

Took Axa insurance out for a trip to Thailand in March 2022. Three days before I was due to go, I contracted Covid.,so was unable to fly. I made a claim, and was asked for the usual evidence (Flight ticket, policy number, evidence of Covid, airline letter of non-flight etc) They continued to ask me for the same documents over and over, even though I had already supplied them. Finally, they said "We possess all of the documents we require. We just need to check through everything, to see it is all in order" The last email I received was over two months ago, and absolutely nothing from them since, despite me having written several emails to them. Their policy seems to be to take your money quickly, then forget you. I am now in the process of going down the legal route to chase them. How can they still be in operation, blatantly ripping off customers? PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!

Falsified test results of Tesla Model S fire for their own benefit. Sickening to see a company falsify safety information.

My experience was with AXA global health insurance in Egypt. My experience is summarized in two main points. 1. The claim department is a disaster, every single claim that i have presented since January has been rejected, with lame justifications. Conclusion, they oversold their reasonability of handling legit claims. 2. No body moves unless the top management interferes! so Egyptian! I encourage each and every person wants to deal with AXA to think a hundred times, they are a waste of money, reflects nothing close to what they sold me during the sales phase and are definitely among the lowest performers in the market (at least to me. They never even opened an investigation to understand what has happened.

its been 3 weeks since the crash (wasn't my fault) I have had no contact back about my claim or about a courtesy car I've called multiple times and all I get back is that someone else will be in contact and nobody does, DO NOT get your car insurance with this company

(((((( OVER 2 MONTHS CAR-LESS))))))) reported my car for a claim, 16th june , todays date 18th august , still no curtesy car, or sign of my own returning back to me, when asked "no time frame is given for the return of a car" basically meaning when ever we are ready, could be more months of buses , trains and taxi's, that reflects on my working day, not the best service , i think that covers a good customers review on customer service, price delivery, returns and fefunds,

You have had my wrong address for the past 9 months which has meant I have not received my bill nor any reminders. Instead of contacting me via email or phone you send a 'poursuite', again to the wrong address. I find out only because i receive notifications from the PostOffice and then the Poursuite office had the courtesy of telling me who it was from. I have spent over an hour waiting online to try to talk to somebody about this confusion only to listen to, quite frankly, awful music and have no help. Finally i find a QR code somewhere in 'myAxa' and pay 'my dues', despite it saying that i cannot pay and have to call the hotline number. I am also able to change my address myself and will be looking to change my insurance and to leave AXA. A company who seems to skip to inhumane manners to receive money before simply contacting their customers and whereby it is completely impossible to speak with anybody about this matter.

I was previously insured by AON, 100X better. With Axa I get asked for bills for expenses that were already validated by the social security, I don't see the purpose, if the expense was validated by the social security? With people not seeing the request for bills, other people not finding back their bills, they end up with this trick not reimbursing many people, that's so vicious

I got Covid-19 while traveling in Barcelona, Spain. AXA did not honor the active policy I purchased from them, instead telling me, after an Epiphany of phone calls, that I've to pay for all health services and then tbey'd refund me once back in the US, uhich is beyound absurd: How much corruption has to be around to understand that it's insane?

Axa doctors ask if you ever had a bacterial infection in the past, given your decades of existence, and if you are say you did - well, that is a pre-existing condition. They definitely behave like some PPI scammers who would do anything to get your money and offer you nothing. New conditions that you specify you have not suffered from, all of the sudden become pre-existing because of an interpretation of the words. In my 7 months of insurance with them, as a healthy individual in my 30s, I have had the worst experience with them. Definitely an insurance service I will not repeat again. Remember, if you had bronchitis when you were 15, you will never get a chest consultation with them - this was confirmed by their senior staff today. Honestly, appalling, an actual fraud of a service.

AXA is the most unethical company I have ever dealt with. You would think after taking out a full cover health policy that you could rest assure you are covered. I was paying £80 per month for 2 years ( total nearly £2000 ) However when I become sick I was told there are no hospitals or services and they can only offer over the phone doctor service. Naturally Im fuming as they were in breach of the agreed contract. Months passed as I went down their unprofessional rude fabricating complaints procedure, I was told “ If you are willing to wait until April 2022 and AXA make a profit we will refund your money” After nearly a year of waiting I finally received the latter to say the profit works out to be £2 and that the £2 is too low to refund so they give it to charity ( AXA ) that letter is from the CEO Tracy Garrad. Please check this companies reviews on Trust Pilot and Google , my legal battle just beginning please don’t end up in the same situation. Next step lodged complaint with Trading Standards and FTC.
