I had a very recent incident ,I went to my regular GP while having a flue with fever and body pain .i was told axa cancelled the network from there list .when I called axa they said they had some issue with the clinic and I have to pay in full or find another doctor to deal with .there was no notification shared with me that this network was taken out and this is my GP from last 7 yrs .no humanitarian or timely help .only business and big claims ..very disappointed ,I will Not renew next time as well ask my company to change the network .

"My experience with AXA has been deeply disappointing and frustrating. Before opening and signing the policy in 2023, an AXA employee explicitly confirmed that after 24 months, I would at least receive the amount I paid, with only a 15% deduction from the profit. In 2025, prior to cancellation, a second AXA employee reaffirmed the same information and even estimated that I would receive approximately 110,000 EGP. Both employees provided consistent assurances, which gave me confidence in the policy. However, upon cancellation after 24 months, I received only 43,000 EGP—a significant discrepancy that contradicts the assurances I was given. This feels like a clear case of fraud. I purchased a 5-year life insurance policy in February 2023 and canceled it in January 2025 with a 15% penalty as per the policy terms. Despite the cancellation being processed weeks ago, the promised refund has not been credited to my CIB account. Repeated attempts to follow up with AXA have been met with poor customer service and constant redirection. I was introduced to AXA by CIB, which served as a mediator and strongly encouraged me to use AXA’s services. I hold both AXA and CIB accountable for the lack of professionalism and transparency. I am pursuing legal action and intend to escalate the matter through public channels, including the media. I strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution when dealing with AXA."

“I strongly suspect Sophia Maddison and her team are involved in fraudulent activities. Once they have your money, they start demanding huge sums to allow you to withdraw your funds. They are currently holding $120,000 of my money and are demanding over $40,000 for me to access it. Everything about them seems fake, and I want to warn others to stay away. I wanted to claim my insurance that I have not used last year since that flight was cancelled. I went to the AXA insurance claim website,input my information so as my credit card information. And then AXA representatives email me to repeat again my information in the email. I do not like repeating my information especially in email when i already input it to their website.

"I am convinced that Maddison and her team are involved in unethical business activities. After obtaining your money, they start making outrageous demands before allowing you to withdraw it. They are asking for more than EUR 80,000 before I can retrieve the EUR 450,000 of my money that is now in custody. Since everything about them seems fake, I would like to warn others of them. "I firmly believe Sophia Maddison and her group are engaged in dishonest business practices. Once they have your money, they begin to demand exorbitant amounts before letting you take it out. They currently have $320,000 of my money in custody and are requesting more than $60,000 before I can get it. I wish to caution others against them since everything about them appears phony. Absolutely useless. The accident I had was to my car alone, and unavoidable (a deer jumped in front of my car, swerve or emergency brake would have caused a multi-car collision). Claims advisors treat you like a felon, AXA and Vizion (the repair network) pass you between each other as no one wants to help. Stuck with no car, no help and a huge bill. Avoid AXA at all costs - Insurance companies are awful, but they've taken useless to a whole new level.

Agent said if I put my money in variable annuity,said I could take 5% per year and never touch my invested funds, was taking 2,200per month,got a call from agent said need to drop it to 1,800,next year he called said need to drop it to $1,400, next year got a call ,said drop it to $1,200 per month. Called Tn AXA manager, demanded a different agent. I lost all the interest plus $150,000 of original amount I invested. AXA was charging,7.25% per year in fees to handle annuity. Original agent said that acct based on Dow , During a 5 year period market up 31%, so I was taking 5%,and AXA 7.25=12.25%,when I confronted AXA about this, they saidy acct was based on tbills and foreign markets. Record every thing and take witnesses with you if you work with this company

With this company a few years then offered a car insurance quote for next term at a 41% increase.I phoned them.and they wouldn't budge.I went elsewhere getting a 50% lower premium.

Do not use axa we were supposed to go on holiday in August the night before we had to travel my wife got rushed to hospital her appendix burst so no fault of our own we couldn't go .Claimed for a cancellation gave them everything they asked for they declined us for a past medical problem that wasn't on there list ,phoned them back was told that we would get paid because the problems were minor 3 weeks down the line no money emails getting ignored lied to on the phone and continually being told 7-10days for updates wgat a joke of a company we actually went through a company called southdowns so stay away from both.
