“Good bike insurance provider however no incentive for returning customers which is very disappointing. One does not expect to pay more each additional year!”

“I tried comparison web sites and yes they offered a good deal but when I came to the Bennett website I got a better deal and cheaper break down cover. I wished that I just came to Bennets first. During the process of getting my quote until I paid for the insurance I must give Bennets 110% for the ease of there customer friendly site.”

“I've been insured via Bennetts for the last couple of years and was well pleased. I recently wished to add a second machine to the 'stable' and the very agreeable man at the company really went out of his way and managed to arrange an exceptionally good policy for both bikes and at a pleasing price. I would and do recommend Bennetts whenever the matter of bike insurance comes up”

“not much good at reviews but here goes got a new bike from americanot many insurance firms even new the bike when i asked them for quote but bennetts new all about the bike and did me a great deal bennetts are proper motorcycle insurers thanks a lot”

“HiI am not very happy.The reason for this is that I have sent to you via postfax and email a copy of my NCB proof from my previous insurer.This clearly states on the page that I sent you its a renewal notice from Zenith insurance company and the 9 yrs NCB.Apparently this is not enough to satisfy your requirements.I have now photocopied all the information that was sent to me in my renewal notice from my previous ins brokers - this was about 20 pagesincluding the 1 that shows the NCB proof.I have as yet heard nothing back as to whether this has been received or is acceptable.I still don't know if my insurance is validI have nothing else to send to you.myyour premium was taken immediately from my account howeveI would be a little happier if you could advise me as to wether I have valid insurance or not - in your viewe at least”

“Not great. E-mailed my No Claims information as requested and received a auto reply. So that was easy.Then I received at least two letters over eight working days after the e-mail stating that they had still not received my details and that I would be charged an admin fee & an extra Â£200!! I telephoned them and got it cleared up but I think this is very poor. How would they handle any paperwork if I needed to make a claim??”

“This was probably the easiest choice I have ever had to make I insured my Sym 125 with Bennetts on recommendation and when I compared the prices coupled with what you get over and above 'normal cover' Bennetts had the best package so now that I have a bigger bike there was only one place I could go where I knew I would be getting excellent cover and a few extras as well ! A simple to use site system and helpful telephone staff all go to make Bennetts my choice and also the people I would recommend.”

“pleasure to speak to a biker expected problems changing online quote but found your rep very helpful. pity he didnt answer 2 yrs ago when I was informed a Multibike policy only covered 2 bikes. so switched to Footman James will now switch back next year when policys are due for renewal”
