“just to say Bennett's is usually about the best price and they are good to deal with I have went to other companies but came back to bennetts and would recommend them to my fellow bikers”

“i always end up with Bennetts and always have a great service but a word of warning always go through a comparison site.my automatic renewal for my speed triple was Â£325. fortunately i had already re-insured (with Bennetts) for the princely sum of Â£89. fully comp with protected no claims.never EVER accept the automatic renewal. apart from that always a great service from Bennetts.”

“Original quote was competitive. Got Phonecall on for renewal as they claimed could not get payment from card on record. Card had not changed. During phonecall paid using cc and did not have original renewal to hand. On checking renewal discovered they were charging me more over the phone. Phoned them back and now need to wait for chq for the difference. They also withhold number when phoning. I almost did not answer expectig it to be a call about ppi or accident. Not the best experience.”

“I've been with Bennett's for several years and have found them very accommodating with my insurance needs. Although it still baffles me why I cannot get the same offers from the telesales team as I can online. This year the difference was well over Â£250 cheaper! Nevertheless still a very good company to deal with”

“Hi this is I believe my first time with Bennetts . What I like is you do have online service but did fined it difficult to navigate due to it constantly trying to get you to take up extra costs simple opt out option would help. In the end I had to phone your office to complete the insurance staff very helpful. My previous broker didn't have the online service and kept you waiting on the phone which I assume I'm paying for so goodbye to them. As Bennetts have 0800 tel no. this was also a contributing factor in my choice along with competitive premium.thanks”

“Having now got back fully into the Motorbike scene my 1st choice was Bennetts last used them in the early 90s & guess what they have changed but for the better. Great service and a choice of cover. Exactly what I wanted and required no hassel & 100% customer service.”
