“I was tempted away from Bennetts Bike Insurance with offers that actually became superfluous to my requirements. Now having returned to Bennets Bike Insurance I get cover and extras I want and need at a lower cost. Do not see me ever changing again.”

“Taking out the policy was straight forward as expected but be aware that letters sent in the post such as requesting no claims discount proof will be different to the corrosponding e-mail. Advice is check both and call bennetts for clarification. If like me your computer is u/s then you will have a problem.”

“After having Bennetts insurance for 3 months I changed from a CBR600F to a Triumph Sprint. One short phone call to Bennetts and the insurance was transferred. As I have never had to make a claim I cannot comment on that aspect of their service and can't give 5 stars but 4 stars for excellent customer service up to now.”

“I have had an extra charge put on my insurance because of incorrect information held on insurance database. My car insurance company are happy to discuss this with Bennetts but Bennetts operative was rude and very unhelpful and refused to help. As a result of this my husband has cancelled his two policies and as soon as I can arrange alternative cover I will be cancelling mine. Appalling customer service.”

“Bennetts take the best of everything and create a unique service that has all the personable qualities of a good old fashioned broker (you know the sort that used to know you personally on the high street ) with the sophistication that is afforded by technology and global financial markets. You get a sense from the first contact with them that they care; they want you to have a first rate service and a first class product. Their enthusiasm friendly manner and genuiness count for a lot in this age. Couple that with excellent pricing and my repeat custom is absolutely assured.”
