“Came across to Bennetts after buying a second bike and my existing insurance wouldn't insure it; quick simple no mither and more importantly in the current fiscal climate very competitive. Will almost certainly be taking up a multi-bike policy when the other policy expires....”

“I found the best price for my motorcycle insurance with Bennetts on comparethemarket.com. I called customer service who dealt with a couple of questions very professionally. My only issue; I sent a copy of my NCB statement from my previous insurance with 24 hours of receiving my temporary insurance documents via email. To date some 6 days later I have yet to receive my full insurance certificate confirmation.”

“Back to Bennetts again thanks to the meerkats wasn't quite the cheapest but was the best all round package including the breakdown and everything else made it a great deal and I've Used Bennetts loads a times before never had a problem So yep can def recommend them ??????”

“Always used Bennetts competitively priced with lots of add owns to suit all needs. European cover no extra charge which is good. When I had breakdown in Italy a few years ago one call sorted hotel recovery etc and they even put my mate up! Biker insurance by bike people. First class simple as that.”

“In this instance Bennetts were not the cheapest. However their customer service was better than others. The phone was answered promptly the advisor was polite and helpful (or as helpful as Bennetts quote system would allow) and the whole process was quick. My only dislike is Bennetts policy of auto renewing each year.”

“I cannot ride my bike. It's not taxed. I cannot tax it because I do not have an insurance certificate. (I live on the Isle of Man). I didn't get one last year but the tax had already been paid. 7 phone calls 1 cancelled policy and 1 new policy and the same problem. TT is just around the corner and I am starting to lose my patience. The people on the phone are nice and seem knowledgable enough but obviously not quite enough. The automated answer is very annoying after 7 calls.”

“Have multibike policy so thought I would be simple to add another bikehowever told I had to cancel current policy and take out a new multibike policy this I thought odd and inflexible.However your staff worked with me to get the new policy and refund Many thanks to Luke and the lady who processed it”

“I was disappointed in the roadside assist more than 10 miles from home you have to pay Â£42 to get home who stays that close to home! The temporary 1 month cover while your No Claims discount was verified was not explained clearly and it's time all insurance companies talked to each other on this subject easy to do and it'll save you on admin. On a positive the guy from customer services did as he said he would and rang back to confirm my no claims bonus a rare thing these days!”

“1; your compare the market Web page wouldn't let me complete my purchase of insurance so then I had to phone you and go through it all again.. Is this to cut out the middle man? Plus now I have lost out on my free cinema tickets !2;when buying my insurance over the phone Scott told me that all insurance companies were linked by computer and everyone has everybodys details and my proof of no claims would be automatically gathered by you.Why is it then the first thing you ask for on receipt of my insurance is past proof of no claims bloody annoying! Now I have to mess around contacting my old insurance company. You really need to sort this out and not promise something you can't deliver !Looking forward to hearing from you. K England”
