“Good customer service and quite pleased with the general general insurance package and extras.Just renewed again for this year. But why do you quote one price for renewal (for the same bike and rider with unchanged circumstances) that is 27% higher than last year and then when I phone up to inquire immediately drop it down below last year's price. Are you hoping that riders will just blindly renew without looking at the cost so you get a nice increase in premium or am I just being cynical? This kind of sharp practice doesn't fill me with confidence that you have the rider's best interests at heart... Rating would be five star but for this reason you only get 4.”

“Not great. I wanted to insure both a Suzuki GSXR600 and a Ducati 748R on a multi bike policy but was told I couldn't despite being able to insure both bikes separately. This meant having to start from scratch on one bike with no NCB. As it is I have had to cancel the policy on my GSXR to use my no claims bonus on the Ducati and take the GSXR off the road. Don't advertise multi bike policies if you can't provide them”

“Well what can I say! From the moment I signed up with Bennett's I've been more than pleased for starters you get to join the exclusives club and get lots of discounts on various motorcycle related items. I used the 25% off Muc-Off products which was great saved me some money. Also the Biking Social where once you've signed up you can blog review and see what's on for bikers no matter what bike you ride there is something for everyone! Would I recommend Bennett's Insurance?? You bet I would! 5*”

“Just come back to Bennetts should never have gone anywhere else. Sensible price for all inclusive comprehensive insurance. Freephone number if needed (not premium rate like some companies). Thank you.”

“my first call the lady asked questions with a disinterested tone. On reviewing quotes I decided to go with bennetts but needed to clarify some questions where the man gave me the answers needed in a positive tone. The decision was also made as other family and friends use Bennetts”

“auto renewal price way to high if i had'nt checked and just let payment be taken it would have cost me Â£307 up from last years Â£120 after complaining the price was droped to Â£134 also phone call to let them know small mods had been done 0844 number was left hanging on for 21 min not impressed .but will say revised insurance price was possibly the best price”

“I was with Bennetts a few years ago but as things were tight then I went for a cheaper policy with someone else'What a mistake it may have been cheaper (only by a few quid) but the hasel and rudeness of the staff was unbelievable.Glad to be at Bennetts again good price plus the Continental cover easy process for getting a quote very easy to purchase on line.Documents were emailed in less then an hour.Keep up the good work.Les”

“I asked for quotes for a multi bike policy by the on-line route and by telephone all in the space of a couple of hours. I ended up with three prices varying from Â£322.00 to Â£370 for the same input parameters. How bizarre is that!!!!!!!!!!!!The excuse was that because the database brought my bike up as a BMW R1200GS Adventure not the basic and cheaper R1200GS which I own the risk was greater for the cheaper bike. I think not!It seems all motorcycle brokers make the prices up totally at random and you end up paying the highest price.”

“On my return to biking after a two year lay off my first point of call for insurance was Bennetts. I know from previous experience that the provide the best Customer Care Service and the most competitive quotes. No need to waste your time on comparison websites Bennetts will nine times out of ten always provide the best quote with the best level of cover!”
