They simply offered a better deal than my old insurance company that's all i need the best deal

A little disappointed that the 'auto renewal price was so high, but after re-entering my details into the Bennett's website I was able to get the renewal price similar to last year's. Was convinced I had opted out of auto renewal but apparently I hadn't according to their records - made sure I have for next time

PROCESS WAS FINE. QUICK AND EASY. NOT MADE A CLAIM OBVIOUSLY HOPE I DONT HAVE TO BUT THE PROOF WILL BE IN THE PUDDING THEN I THINK!

I paid for motorbike insurance and then had to provide proof of no claims (which I sent twice but was rejected once because it wasn't on headed note paper and the second rejection which included the first page as requested by customer service which was from my previous company but was rejected as it didn't have an expiry date - really confusing as the document clearly stated the start date of the new policy which would be the expiry of the last one), The last lady I spoke to on customer service line clearly did not want to take my call and assist me - I had to force her to take my policy number so she could look into my exact policy and problem and then when I asked to speak to a manager she changed slightly and did offer to call my previous insurer (Carole Nash) but couldn't as there were 20 people waiting on the line - now clearly I am not wanted as a customer but the other 20 were!! I probably shouldn't have called on a Friday afternoon when the CS reps want to go home or have just come back from lunch and want a relaxed afternoon!. So the policy was cancelled (charged £30 for the privilege but worth it because I can't imagine the CS experience if I needed to make a claim or needed advice). On a positive note my previous insurer were and are brilliant and the level of service is outstanding - cannot believe the difference.

As a long standing customer i am pleased with the cover. However I used a different provider who got bennetts insurance cheaper than what you offered me in my renewal. Offer your existing customers you best deal on initial contact when renewal is due. Thankyou.

I was very happy with Bennett’s right up to the point I had to inform them of a fpn. The polite man on the phone said “I’m pleased to tell you that it hasn’t affected your policy, now how would you like to pay the £30 admin charge....” It’s small wonder people don’t inform their insurance companies of any changes.. So be warned.. £30 for a 3 minute call, that’s £600 per hour... Wish I could do that!

Answered the phone quickly, intelligent and articulate employee who resolved my issue very effectively. Most importantly I was NOT charged for it! I hate your policy of charging for small changes.

Made me happy when I finally got my insurance confirmed after sending confirmation of my NCD several times. Not happy about being addressed as Dear Richardson!

Breakdown with onward travel should be included in policy without exorbitant prices.

First look at your email you sent me. My name is Mr Egan not dear Egan also I wanted to pay the total amount your web page would not allow had to pay by installments so it cost more.
