“Very professional and knew the best requirements for what i needed.The only issue was that i would have preferred a multibike policy as opposed to two individual policies (worked out cheaper insuring on two separate polices than one multibike policy).all in all a great service.”

“Bennetts were one of the top suggestions from Money Supermarket.com when I was looking to renew my bike insurance. While they weren't the cheapest they were significantly cheaper than my current insurance (eBike) and I didn't recognise the other cheaper providers. The staff were friendly and efficient when I called the confirmation email came through straight away. Hopefully I won't have to test their services!”

“Had a bit of a mixed bag with renewing my Bennetts Bike insurance. Having paid Â£168 the previous year you can imagine my surprise when I got a renewal notice for the coming year at Â£625. Before I logged onto Go Compare to move to another insurer I contacted Bennetts only to be told there was an obvious mistake. The operative on the phone was very helpful and re-ran the quote for me. My next surprise was that as a "non-fault" incident was still open on my policy (still chasing a foreign driver who crashed into me 10 months ago) my new premium was Â£324 - Why should I have my premium doubled because someone else crashed into me? Anyway a further re-quote from the Bennetts operative using a different insurer got the price down to within a few quid of last years hence I took out the policy and stayed with Bennetts - without the help of the phone centre at Bennetts I would have definitely moved to another provider - Customer service rules!!”

“I had no problems in renewing my policy. The agent at the other end was helpful and polite in explaiming all extra sevices available .I have been with Bennets for a long time now and will stay with them unless the insurance premium becomes "excessive" Regards Doug Haggart.”

“Buying any kind of insurance today is a minefield. You never know whether the policies you're looking at provide the same levels of cover and exactly what is included or more importantly what is excluded. When you decide on a policy there is always a nagging doubt that somewhere in the online world there may have been a better deal. I did a lot of research before choosing Bennetts. There was a bit of a problem with the online purchasing system that seemed to be only wanting me to pay monthly and I couldn't find the option to pay one single annual amount so I rang the helpline. It was answered quite promptly by someone who shared the same first language as me (English) and was most helpful in sorting out my insurance. I am very pleased with the service and especially the price I paid for my multi-bike policy.”

“Very helpful lady on the phone and dealt with my quote very wellAlthough I was provided with some misinformation I was given the information that as I passed my car license prior to 2001 that a CBT was not requiredAccording to Ace an ATB this information only applies to 50cc and that as I am operating a 124cc the information was in-correct and that a CBT is still required. I have completed this anyway but feel this information should be made aware to people when quotes are applied for.Otherwise as previously stated the lady was helpful and offered me the additional bundle which I accepted. “Far far cheaper for the same service as my last insurer. Friendly and helpful only grumble so far is that there is no alternative to the 0800 number for those of us who only use mobile phones.”
