“Very happy with Budget Insurance, good customer service quick and easy renewal. They keep in touch with you in relation to any updates and also policy price reduced over last 2 years. Good fair competitive pricing. Would recommend this company, no problems.”

“This is my second year with budget,from sorting my details on the comparison site to paying,was so straight forward,plus easily the best priced insurance company,second year on renewal was a little bit disappointing,as price went up by £50,quick phone call and got reduced by a bit ,I think all companies should be fair on prices and not making you pay more ,especially when you don’t put a claim in”

“Automatically get e-mails letting me know what’s happening, haven’t spoken to any staff. Would recommend people as company let you know if there are any changes etc and insurance reasonably priced.”

“I cant really comment here about stuff. Initial customer service when selling me the insurance over 12 months ago was good and Ive not had to make a claim so no idea how good that service is. Auto renewal worked fine although I am baffled as to why my premium went up by 50% when I've made no claims. An explanation for that would have been nice, had it been included in my renewal paperwork.”
