“Overall, I am happy with the service and cover provided. Disappointed in the large increase in the premium - sign of the times regrettably. However, this does not affect the previously.mentioned service and cover provided.”

“I'm very happy with the cost of my insurance this year, although it wasn't the original renewal quote that I was given. I got a cheaper quote elsewhere which was eventually matched by Budget after a phone call.”

“Have no problem with budget insurance, only issue, is that the cost of insurance has gone up this year, I know that it's across the board, but years of trouble free motoring should be rewarded, no loyalty anymore, shame.”

“Very customer-friendly with regular updates on my payments. The price is very good too! I haven’t had any claims so don’t know how that process works but I expect it would be a very good service. I don’t see any reason to change from Budget Insurance when renewal comes round. Well done to the whole Budget team!”
