“Hi I have been with Budget for a while now and have found them professionally competent in in all matters, fortunately I haven’t needed to make any claims hence my appraisal”

“Although my policy went up in price from the first 12 months, it still represents good value when you look across the market. I renewed automatically, so no effort at all. If the price goes up again next year, I will be looking elsewhere. As it is, great value.”

“As always, easy to renew. Straightforward and cover just as required. Only complaint is the sizeable increase in building and contents cover. However having looked elsewhere it seems to be across the board. The proof of this particular pudding is not in the eating but in the claiming! And that’s when you find out how good your insurance is. But so far; no need.”

“Very easy to deal with and although it took a phone call re renewal managed to get an acceptable renewal, bearing in mind the press car insurance prices. If they continue in this vain I will be happy to stay with them.”

“I stayed with Budget Insurance after my wife phoned their customer service department and spoke to someone regarding my renewal cost. They quickly checked the details and gave me a very competitive price for my pickup truck insurance renewal. Very polite and reassuring.”

“Good afternoon on the 2nd of December 2023. When I recieved a letter from Budget, tell you the truth I was amazed with the price they were asking for, but I spoke to one the team , all was sorted to a reasonable price , as if you don't ask you will never know .”

“Sensible pricing and easy to contact but was a bit disappointed that I couldn’t preview my documents before starting date. I did phone and all details were confirmed by the company but I’m old fashion and prefer to read details myself even if it had draft document written over it”

“So far so good. I have not yet gone through any claims. The fee did go up a little this year which always makes me wonder how the math is done to reward those with no claims.......every penny counts....at least in my pocket........inflation fraud is the usual excuse.....life isnt perfect.......but! Budget so far seems to be the most honest I have dealt with”

“My insurance had gone up by £100.00 and we hadn’t claimed so I phoned up and got it adjusted to a more reasonable amount if you are going to do this every time I will not be pleased or renewing it again !”

“I complained that my insurance had gone up despite the devaluation in my vehicle & the lower mileage I attained. Budget reimbursed me a small sum which was well appreciated. Shame this wasn’t done from the beginning of the renewal - I guess it’s just the world we live in today with ever competing companies.”
