“Wished to add another named driver to policy - needed to respond to changed/cancelled travel plans. Online enquiry timed out. Telephone call was answered reasonably quickly. Adviser was clear and quickly arranged cover for the standard alteration fee. Great service and well appreciated. Thank you.”

“Had my car insurance with them for last few years. Renewal price could not be beaten on comparison sites. Very simple process to renew online so it's a no brainer all round.”

“Never had any issues with the company. Online set up is easy. Receive a text message reminder every month that installment is due which I think is a great idea. I am a returning customer happy to remain. Fair price and meets my needs.”

“Budget Insurance has made us happy by its low monthly cost. I can't comment on what happens if you make a claim (as we haven't made a claim). But this is the cheapest buildings insurance we have ever come across. Why would you want to pay more? Cheap and very efficient service so far.”

“They dealt with a claim brilliantly. Someone hit my car in a supermarket car park and drove off, leaving no contact details. Budget insurance we’re great, they sent me a link to upload images of the damage and instructed a company to collect my car from home and bring it back when the repair was done. It was a very positive experience!”
