“Budget Insurance made me very happy initially by accepting a letter from my employer regarding my NCD, which some other insurers wouldn't. When I hit a rough patch with an apparently jinxed vehicle (which proved to me such things really do exist!) a while back BI handled everything well and contacting them was always easy. I have now put that episode behind me and I'm still very happy with the service they provide, so I see no reason to change insurers.”

“Was easy to renew my insurance didn’t have to do anything as on auto renewal. I could have got a slightly cheaper insurance but wasn’t a good enough offer for a few pounds to think about. I’ve never had a problem at all with budget insurers so would rather stick with what I know.”
