“Appalling customer service. Lack of communication between employees so that each person I spoke to had no previous knowledge of the issue and had no way of accessing the previous communication. Instead of trying to resolve the issue I was told that a senior member of staff would check the recording of my conversations to ascertain whether or not I was lying. I emailed your company with the details of my issues and have received NO REPLY. Why am I not surprised?”

“The automatic renewal price was a very pleasant surprise, unlike previous insurers,who seemed to think it was right to stick their prices up greatly. I originally chose Budget from my I newspaper advert,and found the offer very good for the cover I wanted.fortunately I haven't needed to claim .”
