“Unfortunately the payment card I had stored with Budget had expired without me realising it. When annual renewal came the following year, payment was rejected & Budget charged me £20 when I re-entered my new card the same day. There is no justification for charging such a high fee, & not giving a reasonable opportunity to provide a new payment method. I will not be using this company again.”
