“Have used Budget Insurance for a few years now . Obviously it goes up every year . Just pick up the phone & talk to them . Had great satisfaction - so much that I have stayed with them . Customer service very good .”

“the most disgusting service ever received - budget insurance they dont care about their clients- i had claim in January where i was advise the damages cost R53OOO and because i couldn't use their repairer and ask for repairer of My choice the consultant who may claim was alloccated too Nobuhle Cele -i send emails call she awalys have to call me back -last time she lied that her email are not working-she never respond any email-when she call back last after 2week of battle to get hold her -advise me that the damages are now qoute R40200 -i asked for the call records and Quotation she lied again that her email are not working -however still today i have been follow up on qoute and recording.no1 is getting back to me.. im very shocked fraud so if have to use my own repairer amount to the damages has to lower.the same 20 April ask for my policy to be cancel budget already debited for the month of May -Come to my surprise the policy is effective cancelled for 20th of April -what happened to my money that was debited on 20th of April for the Month of MAY.:( IM VERY ANNOYED”

“IM an 88 year old male pensioner but drive a ford Vieta van most insures insure you has a trader carrying goods even when you state it will only be used for private use only an insurance is high but not Budget i rely on Budget to insure me each year with no fuss so im happy thank you for an easy ride”
