“Insurance far too expensive. My car is worth £4.500 my payment every year is 14% of what it’s worth. If my car was 3 years old it would be cheaper.”

“I had my purse stolen and cancelled my cards - my payment didn’t come out and you charged me approx £25 for a missed payment - Attempted to explain to customer service what had happened not interested .”

“This is now my second year with budget insurance and the price kast year was good but has reduced a great deal this year witch was better than any other quote i received from other companies, alway easy to get hold of via email if you have any questions or anything would highly reccomended”

“They were so very helpful when I had a problem. They took all the stress and worry out of it. Very good company. I’ve renewed for this year and it hadn’t hardly gone up at all. Great staff. Thank you for making me feel as if I was there only customer.”
