“Good service. No problems. Professional and knowledgeable staff. Only left because I found a cheaper renewal elsewhere. When I did leave the cancelation docs and No Claims Bonus Certificate were emailed to me within minutes. Thanks”

“UK Elephant/Admiral/Diamond group insurance is the worse and most terrible insurance company ever. They are only concerned about your money but very terrible in customer service. Don't use them at all. I used them for 2 terms of 24 months and when I was leaving, they caused me so much pain and destroyed my credit score for a tiny amount without sending me any email to sort it out after one month I changed to another insurer. Run away from this company.”

“Still on hold, phoning to talk about auto renewal for my insurance, I received the auto renewal today via email. When setting up the policy last year i requested auto renewal taken off, my new quote is £980 my other quotes online are £580 so trying to discuss it with them. So far as i write this i have been holding for 1.09.28 minutes... This is absolutely shocking service for a paying customer... If they are this desperate to keep the renewal higher than everyone else then they have lost my trust in an insurance company”

“The service is always amazing with Elephant and that is why I keep going back to them. They always make sure they can help me. I have never had a bad phone call with them, I don't know how they do it but they are always so positive and bubbly and genuinely care about what they can do to help. I just got off the phone to Corey after receiving an email that was confusing. He cleared everything up for me and was very pleasant to speak with. I would recommend them! Their staff are amazing and so lovely to speak with.”

“I have my car insurance with Elephant and they charged me 30 pounds extra for this month with no email to inform me. It is really hard to get hold of them and to reset the password it takes a day. Absolutely not happy with them and would not recommend.”

“They've "decided" that they will not assist me in prosecuting the local council for a pothole which ripped the front wheel and suspension off my car rendering it a write off,when I have paid for legal cover. Will never use again,theyre whole handling of the claim has been lacklustre from start to finish to say the least. AVOID THIS SHOWER!!!!”

“Absolutely appalling customer service, Had over 9 years No Claims Bonus, had an uninsured driver hit ME and is being dealt with by the Motor Insurance Bureau so they not only decided to leave me with 3 years No Claims Bonus but automatically renewed my motor insurance at DOUBLE the cost!.. then they want £ 50 for me to cancel! Pay more and AVOID this company!”

“Been with Elephant for just under 10 years. When I had an accident that was NOT my fault, they abandoned the case and ruled in favour of the third party, costing me my no claims bonus. My insurance then sky rocketed to ridiculous amounts. Although I argued that the accident was not my fault, they insisted that they wouldn't take the case any further. AVOID ELEPHANT!”

“I have been with Elephant for over 7 years and in all that time, I protected my No claims discount, which is now 15 years worth. This June, I was unfortunate enough to scrape my car on a lamp post and had to claim. When I got my renewal, they had increase my price by 52% from £460 to £703. I shopped around and found exactly the same cover with Aviva for £320, so I am switching over. When I asked what the reason for the 52% hike in price was all about, the agent told me that despite my 15 years No Claims Bonus being intact; they had to increase my premium due to the risk. I won't be going back there again. Very disappointed with them. Funny thing is that out of loyalty AND if the premium was similar to last years, I would have stayed with them. Greedy is all I can say.”
