“Elephant insurance company is not great they slack customer service and plus the service is not great I do regret going with them from the beginning they say they can provide you with First class service which is a CLEAR LIE the management do not communicate with you as a customer if you have a problem when there customer support can't do much I just think I have had a bad experience with elephant until you try them you won't be able to tell for yourself overall I think they are very poor in every way!!”

“Superb .... Saved a fortune ....mover £120 for exactly the same policy - completed online, provider phoned me - lovely, friendly girl. Opted for online policy rather than paper copy (they give you that option). Can't fault anything - I had been with a local insurance company for years - first time purchase online and would recommend Elephant to anyone.”

“A few months ago I experienced an issue where my car failed to start. After phoning the customer service helpline I was asked if it was ok for a new employee to take care of my issue, which I warmly welcomed. Not only was I treated in the upmost professionalism by this employee, he was also able to deal with my issue in a quick and prompt manner by scheduling an mechanic to come to my address and aid in the issue. Absolutely fantastic customer service and I will definitely be renewing with elephant when I am up for renewal.”

“Bad communication when trying to install the box in my car, also said on numerous occasions that they were going to cancel my policy for no reason. As of this I will not be taking another policy out with this provider.”
