operator was polite and efficient and to the point. the communication was succinct and clear, the only reason that i changed my insurer car policy was due to a misleading function function on search engine go compare.com. I fully intend to correct that next year.

I found this company on go compare, they offered the cheapest quote. I filled out the details online then I called them. They were asking me loads of questions that I had already answered, and some very irrelevant questions like, "where do you work?" They had me on hold for 15 minutes, terrible. I decided to put down the phone and look elsewhere.

Do not deal with this company. I have just cancelled my insurance with them after just 3 weeks. Firstly you cant get through to speak to them, no email or any direct easy contact. 2nd I sent all my documents as asked then received a text message saying they were cancelling my insurance unless I uploaded more information - that's it no telling me what I needed to upload and then when I called the customer service lady put the phone down on me! Really do not bother unless you are happy with poor communication and bad service.

Terrible customer service, try to rip you off at every opportunity, therefore I strongly advice anyone thinking to choose FIST FOR INSURANCE, it is a big mistake.

The adviser polina was very helpful, she sorted all the problems in a matter of 10 minutes where the others was keep given me the rong information and the next day was the same issue. They should have done things going instead of just sending a email and don’t knowing why to ask and who to ask and instead of asking my other insurance provider for it as I gaved their details months ago.
