“Would have been a "5" had it not been for; Text messages of cancellation in contrast to that which I was being told on the phone. And, Being told (last Thurs./Fri.) that I needed to get in touch with previous insurer that/where I was a listed driver, for the same vehicle, for info that actually already appears on the full policy documents which I'd advised I had/have in hand... And also, during the same conversation was told a letter was posted to me about the same. Then, in yesterday's (05/12/18) telephone conversation, of which "Hailey" was extremely helpful, was told that the same letter was posted only the day before (04/12/18), & that an email had also been sent to me regarding the letter, which I explained to "Hailey" I am yet to receive...(???)”

“Hi i was amazed at tge service received from neil he was very pleseant and handled my call professionally and sorted setting my direct debit up to new bank account and also to swap my insurance from one car to another so thankyou neil for doing your job with pride.”

“Very pleased with the service received from Georgia. She was quick and attentive in her duties. Sadly the scripted text the operators must read out is far too long. Not only proving irritating for the customer but seemingly it must also for the operator. Being new to this insurance company, I would recommend their services with the interaction I have had to date.”
