DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Spent 20 minutes putting details in go compare, only to be redirected to their site, spend more time putting more details in, for them to say sorry we cannot process at the moment, call you instantly on an outbound sales call, to spend another 30 minutes while they ask you every question again, to then increase the quote from go compare by 25%. Just an insurance broker.

Keep pestering me even after I canceled my insurance. I have been with them for over 2 years no satisfaction at all they document upload is sit (they never get it) every single week they phone you up and say it's my fault (it's easy to check your driving license up for them at DVLA as any other proper company have it.) I payed for them £65 over 2 years and now they lift it up £87 a mouth no ideal why I couldn't read they documents on my email about the price till the last minute and they still pestering me WHY I LEFT and they do better deal. NO WAY JOSE. DON'T BELIEVE THEM they lying. (They cancelled my one of my policy without let me know it was a bit of headache at the police station but luckily I proved it!) Thank you very much. Go to compare.com it's better do not go on first central it is a lot's of crap same company as such.

They quote a price online, ask random questions like how much I paid for a personal registration plate. Then add over £200 to the original quote without any reason... after the pleasure of waiting on the phone for over an hour. Really unprofessional service for a business trying to make a sale ...I can only imagine if I had to make a claim with them. Lucky escape I think - thank you for trying to rip me off First!

Rubbish renewal, offering me the cheapest quote at £2000 after a year, after starting on £1000. Did a search on Compare the market and got numerous offers around £600 - 700. Don't waste your time with these clowns.

They charge up to a maximum admin fee of £85.00 plus a 20% load on any premium the underwriter may charge. When asking why they have a 'maximum' fee they explain well its between £30.00 and £85.00 - who decides who gets charged what? When complaining about the fee and asking exactly what they charges they incur to justify this fee you are just lied to - told they need to update the MID (they are a broker so it would actually be the underwriter who does this) when questioning their agents they just stutter with their responses and today I was just cut off chat when she couldn't answer them. Will be reporting this to LV directly as I am sure they don't want this farce of a broker insuring on their panel

If you want an idiot in a call centre to try and tell you you're stupid then this is the company for you. Went through money supermarket and chose firsts quote, woman was very polite to my husband but when she tried to tell him the figures I worked out she had clearly upped the cost by over £150. I asked why and was told by the now very rude girl that it's because a valid quote is just an estimate and the company they were going to use to insure me was that price, I asked why put such a cheap quote on the site if the price when answering the exact same questions went up so much, I was told she would explain it in easier terms for me to understand, again she explained nothing so I asked again. You get the picture. This company just run rings around you without actually making any sense. Definitely not ever going to get my custom when then employ such vulgar little girls to work there who just want to flirt there way into getting your money and clearly don't like being questioned. They're beyond unprofessional and the fact they use unheard of companies and don't know big named insurance companies shows their unprofessionalism

I just filed all information via go compare after click complete its direct me to phone call. Staff for first insurance told me its just verification question.I respond all question he asked. Nothing change what i fill on internet but he gave me £700 more quote than go compare.I also report them to go compare because of they waste my 45 minutes on the phone and try to cheat me!!! My advice for all do not choice this crook company.

Do not trust!! Shoddy company who are interested only in selling you extras. Obtained a price via the internet but was then forced to call them before they would activate cover, only to be placed on hold for 10 mins while the operator "spoke to the underwriters". I was then told the excess had increased by 4x but the premium was still the same price "because the underwriters done you a nice little deal and thrown in some optional key care cover at £16". Absolute shysters - stay well clear!

Time wasters. They shown on confused.com the smallest price on market and when you call them they increase your insurance with 1k. Please avoid this company or you will end up spending 1 hour for nothing.

I uploaded my certificate for 3yrs no claims bonus, after almost 1 month I was sent an email to say they haven't got proof of 3 yrs & I should pay an additional £185.00. Really wish I hadn't chosen them, I will speak to them tomorrow then cancel if It's not rectified. Poor customer services. 😡😡😡😡

I found them from "compare the market", but as I call them, they wouldn't answer me; I called them 4 times and every time I got hanged down.

I was never told that even if I cancel within cooling off period I will have to pay £60 as admin charges. On complaining, I was told that its part of our T&Cs. Total rip off!

They provided me with a quote online, I went ahead and bought the policy. They then sent me an email to tell me i'm not insured until someone phones me. During the phone call they went through all the information i provided and even tho it was exactly the same as I had done online they increased the quote by £800. complete waste of time!

Do not insure yourself with this company. In the short time I was with them I got cut off 4 times and only managed to speak to someone when I pressed the option for new customers (which was answered in seconds). Misleading quotes Whether you cancel the policy within 1 minute for 14 days you incur an £85 charge. 38% interest rate on pay monthly policies And all other fees for changes are astronomical. Avoid like the plague.
