“Disgusting company, worst ever experience of my life. Once you cancel the policy, and ask for your no claims bonus you will get no reply!! I have requested this 4 times now and by their terms and conditions they should provide this within 72 hours. It has been 7 days and my new car insurance is in jepoardy because they are waiting for my no claims bonus proof which I am struggling to get from these pieces of shiiiiteee! BEWARE, your in for a world of hurt if you do any sort of business with this company!!”

“Avoid! Got a good quote online, but said they needed to verify with me over the phone. No phone call so rang them several times, was fobbed off and told they would ring me back. Asked 100 questions and then told that the new quote was £150 more than stated online! Even though I answered the questions on the phone exactly as asked online. Told them to stick it and have gone with another trusted Insurer. Deceitful and terrible customer service please avoid!!”

“Absolute disgrace of a company, been with them over 5 years with no claims and no changes, changed number plate and address, cost me £81!!!! Absolute crooks. Will not be renewing, avoid at all costs. No wonder everyone is getting peeved off at getting ripped off.”

“Really poor customer service provided by Hannah and Emma at the Redditch office! This company have not provided a renewal in the time frame stated and said that the email had been sent to me. I hope they can prove this considering I called them twice asking for the renewal. I was then told the they will not provide a renewal with 2 weeks until my policy comes to an end. This was due to two non fault claims being made on my part. They advised a manager would call me yesterday which didn’t happen inspite if numerous emails being sent to Hannah who very simply can’t seem to company procedure!!!! Let’s see if we have any joy today!!!”

“The company is a joke, went through comparison site, was told the quote could not be right and they jacked it up over £500, the eventually got it down so it was about 300 over. They asked for proof of address and then passport both was doing during the quote and accepted. They have not asked for this info several times and when I called them admitted they have it. Now the proof is not good enough for them and want more info I can’t provide as I’m working away. It’s borderline harassment due to their incompetence. Don’t use them.”

“absolute thieves . took my money and rind me up every week with another add on or some technical requirement i need to adhere to . which ends uo in more money . no one to complain too . carnt cancel as they'll administer more charges . complete con of a company . i can only assume they have no repeat custom the way they operate . i for sure will never use first insurance again . they need investigating for misconduct . when mentioned theres no one to even discuss your concerns. AVOID AVOID AVOID seriously crooks”

“felt let down bi company operators fake and hiden information sending extra documentation in a limited time to be able to do something, different information from one day to another, they are tiyng to take you the money withaut giving nothing back asking extra money for canceletion”

“Over priced. Almost 3 x more expensive than other insurers. These 5 star ratings have to be false. Total rip off merchants. Dont believe the hype people, go elsewhere.”

“Do not go with this company. It is a rip off. Go somewhere else and i guaranteed it will be cheaper and have more miles. I ran out of miles and they want £235 for 1000 miles. Most company's charge £50. I am already paying over £200 a month. Asked to cancel and they want rest of the money for the policy so about £1000. Absolutely shocking. Total rip off”

“I found this company on go compare, they offered the cheapest quote. I filled out the details online then I called them. They were asking me loads of questions that I had already answered, and some very irrelevant questions like, "where do you work?" They had me on hold for 15 minutes, terrible. I decided to put down the phone and look elsewhere.”

“Do not deal with this company. I have just cancelled my insurance with them after just 3 weeks. Firstly you cant get through to speak to them, no email or any direct easy contact. 2nd I sent all my documents as asked then received a text message saying they were cancelling my insurance unless I uploaded more information - that's it no telling me what I needed to upload and then when I called the customer service lady put the phone down on me! Really do not bother unless you are happy with poor communication and bad service.”
