“When a neighbour ran into my vehicle, the response from GA was swift and positive. A hire car replaced my car during repairs and the garage followed through with updates, along with checks from the hire company. A calming and anxiety free experience”

“I had to download all documents for this policy. Had I known that was the case beforehand, then I would not have used GA. It did not cause me any problem but someone else may be without the technology. The issue I had with it was I was not told from the outset that a paper copy could not be ordered.”

“GA is purely a web-based provider, therefore no "human" contact. Policy docs very user-friendly and easy to understand. Also, any amendments to policy can be done online very easily. Have not had to claim so far (thankfully), so can't comment on ease of procedure or how it would be handled.”
