“Very easy car insurance to deal with. Easy to change your details”

“Have been insured with G&A for several years with no claims. This year I have been waiting for a re -newel letter. I had to contact them thinking it may have gone astray in the post. After struggling to understand what the rep was saying I was told that due to being over 80years old G&A would not be renewing my car insurance. No letter of apology. I might ad that I was over 80 last year and had no problem, apart from the cost being hyped up. Am disgusted with this company, be wary.”

“I have had my car insurance with general accident two years running. I just tried emailing them but couldn’t find a way to, to say thanks as they’re customer service has been wonderful They have sorted out my insurance so quickly each time I’ve renewed I’m having a few problems logging in to view my documents this year round on their website But the first year I had my car insurance with them their website was great on my iPad and I could view all my documents no trouble on my iPad If I’ve had any problems they’ve answered the telephone quickly and been very friendly”
