1 send me a review when I had seen some readings online as I do a small mileage and have not reached 60 and been able to use facility 2 explain what device on floor in car is and how it should sit

I went for a quote directly through their website but couldn't seem to opt out of getting a professionally installed blackbox. I rang the hotline but the person I spoke to couldn't opt me out without running a new quote, which he said would be more expensive due to fluctuations in the market. I asked if he could give me my current quote minus ?35 for self-installing the box but he said there was nothing he could do. I went to confused.com to get myself a new quote. This turned out to be cheaper.

got my quote that i was happy with 1180 because they said i had a bump that wsa not my fault the insurance went up to 1700 sent evidence of that bump which was 2014 expecting you to take that into consideration and lower the premium you said no it was for another which i disclosed to you which you said i had not and you kept the premium at 1700

The service originally was excellent. However, after renewing my car insurance I got an additional email saying that I had not renewed and that I had a week to pay ?0.00. This was very confusing and made me concerned that my car insurance had not gone through, despite the money leaving my account. When I rang to check this the gentleman on the phone was very helpful and sorted it straight away.

Insurance is good and cheap . Bad communication with staff tho every email iv sent throught has came back with error

When you try to contact by mail you generally don't get any response whatsover. Calling is more effective though.

1. They initially sent me an email detailing that the renewal premium would be automatically collected from my bank. 2. I then received an email detailing that they had not been able to do this and I had to call them to pay the premium, which I did on the same day. 3. I later received a further email detailing that I had not paid and I had to call them again. When I call them they advised that the email had been sent in error. On reflection, 3 stars is over-generous!

Online system could be better change my address 3 times and after it get change my renewal was registered to my old address after phoning to say they had the wrong address got a rude woman on the phone who said I have not change my address after tell her I phone and done it online and then she told me that as my address is worng I wouldn't be insured if I put a claim in as it is a different address I was living at and that I couldn't change my address as i was due to renew so not help from her at all

Alright insurance was two hundred pound more expensive once I had purchased insurance.
