“I'm still trying to get an accident taken off my policy that I never had . It's been going on for three years now. You've inspected my car and know its not been in an accident yet your still charging me high premiums . I've even got on to the Ombudsman. Your an absolute joke . Please everyone avoid like the plague. I've spent hours on the phone being passed from puller to post. I'm still waiting for you to sort my policy out and a refund. It's been three years. “Do not use this Insurance company. Use another Insurer. Absolute terrible Insurance company. Constant harassment asking for fees. My car was only insured for 25 days and and I paid £164.73 and they want me to pay cancellation fee of £125.00. Constant harassment with emails, texts and letters which is failing to obey by the Financial Authority Conduct (FCA) handbook and guidelines under Section 7.9.11 by threatening to instruct Debt collection company to receive their fees.”

“Professional scammers.Two weeks after I make the mistake to pay fully my insurance to those criminals I cancel it because of their idiotic policy.They should to refund me in 3-5 working days.Two weeks after that they ensure me that the money are transfered and it is my bank issue.I visit my bank and there was no transfer.I call the scammers again and I was told again that I will have to wait again 3-5 days?!?! So 3 weeks already those criminals are not refunding me.Read the reviews before you consider using them.I didn't and now I am 446£ short!”
“My car's insured with BeWiser so I phoned in having a question about my night score and trying to explain the situation that I would need to take the car out in an emergency at night. A lady picked up the phone and said that I'm still allowed to take the car out but should keep in mind that my score will go down. I asked her another question after that, she has not replied, there was only silence until I saw that she has ended the call. Very disrespectful and rude person.”

Was rude. Short tempted. Has a severe lack of knowledge or connen sense. I am severely upset that I used this company. I will never ever use these people again. please listen and avoid.”
“Stay away! They took my months payment and then 4 hours later cancelled my policy for no reason at all, all whilst im away on holiday! It took me 2 days to actually speak to someone that knew what they were doing. They eventually took full responsibility but were unable to rectify their mistake. They then offered me £100 compensation and a new policy with themselves at twice the price as the one I originally had!”

They charge £35 just to change the address as well as an increase of £316 on a policy that has a few months left on it. If I cancel it, I would have to pay £850 because of the discount I was apparently given despite the fact that my insurance policy is a monthly one.
I found this very opportunistic and If this is what they do at a change of address, I can't imagine how they will behave if I were to have an accident.”

“This is basically a scam company, they took my £550 deposit then informed me my excess was £3000, the cars only worth £1500! Then 3 days later they sent an email saying they're canceling my insurance because they've been unable to verify my details? I gave them the exact same details I give every other insurance company and never had a problem, I then get informed my deposit is being used to cover admin fees, then get an email if I pay extra they may be able to stop my cancellation! I contacted my bank and they refunded me straight away and also told me I'm not the first person who has contacted them about this company! Avoid at any cost!”
