“Worst customer service ever. I have been double charged and they keep doing it every month, They don't reply to emails and calling them costs money and it's a waste of time anyway.”

“lost £50 on admission fee for canceling a claim i had no idea that had gone out, because of there technical issue's I had on there website, just had my money wasted for nothing, and for a fault that was not mine, and i could not take the problem any further, going to have to go with out food for a week no thanks alot, very angry ex customer supposably, i would not waste my time again with this company, hope this save people in the future alot of time and money.”

“WARNING !!!! Do not insure with them !!!!RIP OFF company part of Carole Nash, Huge admin cost. unacceptable business practice , £80 to update my postal address! !!!Avoid like the Plague!! NEVER EVER AGAIN”

“A good first insurance. Cheap and gets you on the road. Though I found their charges for changes of address etc to be fairly steep. This is a very basic insurance, unless you start paying for the extras. I will be trying their sister company Carol Nash upon renewal, .”

“After reading certain reviews, I was a bit apprehensive about choosing this company, however the price is reasonable and even with most of the add-ons, my total price was cheaper than most other companies. I did ask about the 50 pound change of address fee, and they WILL charge you if you move, so just be aware of this. Also, your insurance may go up or down depending on your next location. Finally, they were quick, friendly and helpful over the phone. Overall good!”
